Judge upholds ruling for Murfreesboro mosque There Is No Proof Islam Is A Religion

For the very first time, I see a statement here in this article that says it like it is. At the bottom of the article here, you will notice what is said.  

“Chancellor Corlew seems to go on and on that it’s been decided that Islam is a religion, and we take issue with that,” Brandon said. “There’s no proof in this case that Islam is a religion. There is no case law or code that Islam is a religion.”
Is Islam a Religion?

Fact of the matter is NO. Religion was never set up as a place to Worship. It there so that we practice Religion anywhere and everywhere. Somehow law makers have taken this and twisted it so that it is only means in buildings.
As for the fact of Islam. It has nothing to do with what people call religion. It is a book of Laws. Most of those laws do not even co-exist with the very laws of our own land. Not sure if anyone has noticed this. But the instant we see these new Mosques come in. We almost immediately see more court cases how they want to punish others under there own laws. This has and will continue to happen over and over again.

For anyone who has Loved America should know our basic laws. Simple stuff like Do not murder, Rape, Steal, Cheat. Most of it are Basic Morals. On the other hand. The Qur'an is not like this whatsoever. All these are allowed to further the cause of Holy War. Those who choose not to believe this should take the time to read. Mostly, if you plan to make this book your new laws. Because this is exactly what the primary goal is in the Book. To take over the populations and bring in Their laws under the name of Islam.

As you continue to read you realize, This teaches not to co-exist or even accept their ways. Yet it goes even further.

The sad part is this goes on and on and on throughout the entire book. Notice it really isn't about Worship. It's more of submit to your prayers and do what your told. That's it. If not your and infidel and should be killed or imprisoned. Again don't take my word for it. Read it yourself.
Now what is the Bible? Isn't it the same? No! It has a very Morality laws in it. But for the most part its about Men and Women and tells about their stories with God and Jesus Christ.
What about America's Laws? They basically come off of this.

What about Jesus. and His laws?

You be the judge. Be sure to read both books, Make up your own mind. Which one is Peaceful? Which one is not? I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how anyone could call Islam Peaceful. Murder is never peaceful.

MURFREESBORO — A Rutherford County judge decided to uphold his earlier decision that the Islamic Center of Murfreesboro has a right, by law, to build a bigger place of worship.
“Those who are adherents to Islam are entitled to pursue their worship in the United States just as are those who are adherents to more universally established faiths (in our community),” ruled Chancellor Robert Corlew III.
Opponents of the mosque had asked Corlew to reconsider the decision he made in May, which was that the 17 plaintiffs suing Rutherford County government can only challenge whether an open meeting violation occurred over the mosque’s approval.
No trial has been scheduled on whether the county failed to provide sufficient public notice before its Regional Planning Commission met May 24, 2010, to vote on the Islamic center’s plans to construct a 52,960-square-foot community center with a mosque on Veals Road.

Legislation and the politically–motivated prosecution of individuals for “religious hatred” is merely the reintroduction of ancient blasphemy laws which threaten freedom of speech, a new publication by independent think tank Civitas has warned.

In a book titled A New Inquisition: Religious Persecution in Britain Today, Jon Gower Davies, formerly the Head of Religious Studies at Newcastle University, reveals the “bizarre and oppressive nature of judicial attempts to prosecute individuals for religious hatred” and of how this “new legal concept has resulted in some singularly worrying court cases,” a Civitas press release said.

“Hate legislation removes an increasing quantity of matters traditionally dealt with in civil society to the domain of the state and the courts,” Civitas continued, adding that this was merely the old Blasphemy Law “by the backdoor.”

Civitas pointed out that the Blasphemy Law was abolished in 2008, but has re-emerged in a new and radically augmented guise.

“Today, individuals are not charged with blasphemy, but with causing 'religiously aggravated intentional harassment, alarm or distress' under the Public Order Act.

“Jon Davies argues that the growth in accusations of 'hate crime' threatens freedom of speech because they destroy the possibility and practice of open, sociable and critical discussion of religion.

  Hindus have welcomed "inter-religious dialogue and cooperation" program of World Council of Churches (WCC).

  Hindu extremists murder Christians in India

  The brutal and barbaric actions of Hindu extremists have gone on for decades in India, and Orissa has a dark history of inter-religious unrest, often triggered by Hindu suspicion of Christian missionaries. Cranmer is profoundly moved to share this plea from the Bishop of Phulbani in the Church of North India, who cries: 'I request you with tears kindly organise the prayer for us.'
  And so His Grace exhorts his readers and communicants to pray today for the persecuted Church in India, where nuns are being gang-raped, and many believers are being murdered, tortured or burned alive. Children are being hacked to pieces before their parents' eyes, and churches, community and pastoral centres, convents and orphanages have been burned down and destroyed. And mobs are terrorising believers throughout the area, marching and shouting "Kill the Christians".
  Cranmer has followed the appalling developments in Orissa via The Times, The Church Times, and other agencies, and he has to wonder why Britain's Hindu community has not condemned these acts of barbarism. Such atrocities might make one feel sympathy for the Muslims of Kashmir, who have been subject to manifestations of Hindu terrorism for decades.

  Extremist Hindu groups offered money, food and alcohol to mobs to kill Christians and destroy their homes, according to Christian aid workers in the eastern India state of Orissa.
  The U.S.-based head of Good News India, a Christian organization that runs several orphanages in Orissa — one of India's poorest regions — claims that Christian leaders are being targeted by Hindu militants and carry a price on their heads. "The going price to kill a pastor is $250," said Faiz Rahman, the chairman of Good News India.
  A spokesman for the All-India Christian Council said: "People are being offered rewards to kill, and to destroy churches and Christian properties. They are being offered foreign liquor, chicken, mutton and weapons. They are given petrol and kerosene."
  Ram Madhav, a spokesman for the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), the largest hardline Hindu group, denied the claims. "The accusation is absolutely false," he said.

"God wants people to be good, nice, and fair to each other, as taught in the Bible and by most world religions." 3. "The central goal of life is to be happy and to feel good about oneself." 4. "God does not need to be particularly involved in one's life except when God is needed to resolve a problem." 5. "Good people go to heaven when they die."
  That, in sum, is the creed to which much adolescent faith can be reduced. After conducting more than 3,000 interviews with American adolescents, the researchers reported that, when it came to the most crucial questions of faith and beliefs, many adolescents responded with a shrug and "whatever."

In an hour-long speech, the heir to the throne argued that man's destruction of the world was contrary to the scriptures of all religions - but particularly those of Islam. He said the current 'division' between man and nature had been caused not just by industrialisation, but also by our attitude to the environment - which goes against the grain of 'sacred traditions'. Charles, who is a practising Christian and will become the head of the Church of England when he succeeds to the throne, spoke in depth about his own study of the Koran which, he said, tells its followers that there is 'no separation between man and nature' and says we must always live within our environment's limits. His speech, merging religion with his other favourite subject, the environment, marked the 25th anniversary of the organisation, of which he is patron.

Why Obama Is Merging the EPA With Churches

Those who Love God, Get Ready. If this don't cause some kind of reaction in the separation of church and state. Then those who don't care have become very numb to the world around them.

2nd Friday Night Out Mesa, AZ. No Christians Allowed!

I got an interesting Message from some musician friends of mine last night. They seemed to be a bit shocked at a call from 2nd Friday Night Out in Mesa Arizona from a gig they had lined up awhile back and turning down another in order to go play at the 2nd Friday Night Out. Being so happy about it they were excited to be a part of it. Anyone who is a part of the Music Business knows how difficult it is to line up a show and then to have it canceled at the last minute. But, this reason got me.

It's because your Christian.

Well it so happened that they checked out their web page and found out they were Christian, and decided it's for the public's best interest to not have them play for this reason. Now, I'm kinda used to the fact that many people today have a hard time with Christianity. But, the letter he got back was quite disturbing even to me.

Now, he got a call being told, that they canceled them because they are Christian. So he wrote them letting them know about the other songs they have with just positive messages that really has nothing to a Religion. They even have a song called Not Religious which is actually quite funny.

This is the response letter.

I am the president of 2nd Friday Night Out and coordinator of the event. We have received hundreds of applications for vendors, artists, and musicians for our events. We currently have a Christian rapper who will be performing for this month's event already and our goal with this month is tor reach out to the community with a wide range of musical genres. The 2nd Friday Night Out event is not a venue for individuals to proselytize their individual religions, sexual preferences, political positions, etc. but is a community event paid for by the merchants who run businesses on Main. Our musical director selects the music to represent and invite a wide range of interests and your band did not meet our criterion for this month's event. We would be glad to have you apply again for an upcoming event.

Proselytize? Really? To those who don't know what that word means.
Being a Christian most wouldn't know it. Why? Because it has nothing to do with Christianity!

Really? This has got to be the dumbest thing I have ever heard. This place books Musicians every month and they make a statement like this?
This is every kind of music on the planet. In America it's called Freedom of Speech. Like what the Constitution of the United States speaks of.

Amendment 1 - Freedom of Religion, Press, Expression. Ratified 12/15/1791. Note
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Now anyone who loves music knows that ALL musicians practice this Amendment. ALL musicians have their views to share with the World. As I was looking over their own page.

I see musicians speaking of Partying, Sex, Hate, Political views and it goes on and on.
God forbid anyone to actually have a Positive message out on the streets of Mesa at the 2nd Friday night out.
At first glance I actually thought, no that can't be right. But, as you can see all over the news today. It seems the First Amendment and the Freedom of Speech is only being taken away from what the World thinks a Christian is. Not to mention they seem to not even care anything about their own heritage and history of this great Country of ours.

Then they received another message to top it all off.

I am sorry for the confusion and take full responsibility for the poor communication. This event is not run by the city of Mesa and while they can be blamed for many things, this is not their event or run by any city organizations so don't blame them. It isn't even an organization, corporation, etc. Just a group of people trying to make an event happen on no budget with no staff and trying to please everyone. We have had many groups apply who want to use this event to make a statement for their particular cause, group, religion, etc. Last month, we had a church group just show up who were not registered who were handing out literature for their religion and we were over run with complaints from people who felt they were being harrassed by them. Then we had a whole bunch of other religious groups want to attend to promote their groups. The committee who works for free hundreds of hours to make this happen voted to not include groups who were promoting a particular agenda. If we don't see you in a live performance, we can only base our decision on what we are presented on YouTube or the applications from the groups themselves and the music they saw of your group was Christian in message. I'm sure you may have other songs that do not address a particular religion but that is what we saw in our presentation.
Our goal is to promote local groups, provide a positive environment for artists, and try to do something positive in a world of people often looking to create disharmony and negativity. It sounds like our goals are pretty much the same. We do not make a penny from this. We have to operate under insurance from a non-profit agency and abide by their guidelines as well and were just notified this week of contracts that must be met by all the bands performing.

Really? I mean, REALLY?
Now I understand this. Churches! We do not live in the 70's anymore. Passing out tracts? Wake up this is 2010. I do have to agree the general person walking down the street will wind up throwing it right back down on the street. It makes a mess. The groups they are talking about. That may get a bit annoying as well.

The problem here is they are Judging these musicians and never really paid any attention to what they do. Let alone any of the ones they replaced them with. All of them fit into this exact description. Other than Christian.

Just from the Labeling and the rudeness of these letters just struck a chord in me. To know the true nature behind what they really want to promote has nothing to do with any positive nature by any means.
Not only do I NOT want to go down to the so-called 2nd Friday Night Out street fest. But it also makes me NOT want to have anything to do with any of the Businesses mentioned on their Web Site. Why? Because they don't like Christian bands who actually have a positive message.

Truthfully, I'm not sure if any Christian would after they read this.
This entire freedom of speech as long as it's not Christian thing is getting way out of hand.
They are worried about complaints?

The fact of the matter is this. The friends that I have Terry and Diane McCabe Have some pretty great music. Mostly done as husband and wife with 2 acoustic guitars, a wide range of style and really has no Religious aspects to it whatsoever. Anyone that actually listens to is would get that.

To be told you cannot play after they already booked you, for the only reason is because you are Christian is flat out ridicules. No matter what the excuse is. To say that any band can actually Proselytize, apparently doesn't quite know what the word means either. That would be a Catholic thing. Not Christian.

I do know this. I won't have anything to do with 2nd Friday Night Out or any of the Businesses that support them. Until they can get their own act together.

This is a very bad example to have in a state the Practices the Freedom of American citizens and stand by the leaders of it. Please don't take this bad news as what the State of Arizona stands for. Because it is not.

So those of you who actually like Christian's would like to book them, feel free to contact them. They actually have a real Positive message.
