BONN, Germany — Carbon taxes, add-ons to international air fares and a levy on cross-border money movements are among ways being considered by a panel of the world's leading economists to raise a staggering $100 billion a year to fight climate change.
British economist Nicholas Stern told international climate negotiators Thursday that government regulation and public money also will be needed to create incentives for private investment in industries that emit fewer greenhouse gases.
In short, a new industrial revolution is needed to move the world away from fossil fuels to low carbon growth, he said.
"It will be extremely exciting, dynamic and productive," said Stern, one of 18 experts in public finance on an advisory panel appointed by U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon.
A climate summit held in Copenhagen in December was determined to mobilize $100 billion a year by 2020 to help poor countries adapt to climate change and reduce emissions of carbon dioxide trapping the sun's heat. But the 120 world leaders who met in the Danish capital offered no ideas on how to raise that sum — $1 trillion every decade — prompting Ban to appoint his high-level advisory group.
The Copenhagen summit also resolved to mobilize a three-year emergency fund of $30 billion starting this year. It was unclear how much has been raised and disbursed so far.

While so many are concerned about the Gulf. I often wonder if anyone has heard about China's Oil Spill. The Oil spills seem to be a growing trend lately.

The slick emptied beaches as its size doubled Wednesday. China Central Television earlier reported an estimate of 1,500 tons of oil has spilled. That would amount roughly to 400,000 gallons (1,500,000 liters)—as compared with 94 million to 184 million gallons in the BP oil spill off the U.S. coast. But 40 oil-skimming boats and about 800 fishing boats were also deployed to clean up the spill, and Xinhua said more than 9 miles (15 kilometers) of oil barriers had been set up to keep the slick from spreading.

  The justifiable alarmism will be about shortages in both global food supplies and global energy supply. The food supply will be reduced because of the shortened growing seasons in the "temperate food supplying regions" of the world resulting from this global cooling. This reduction in food supply will only exacerbate the current global food crisis caused by Kyoto "carbon credit initiatives" that have turned "food crops" into "biofuel crops" with the resultant widespread starvation of the poorest people in the poorest nations.
  The potential energy shortages will result from the increased energy demand dictated by the cooler temperatures. This shortage will be far more severe than it should be because of the costly, inefficient, and limited solar and wind power initiatives and the virtual stagnation in expansion of efficient and high volume energy producing facilities for the past decade that have resulted from The Kyoto Protocol initiatives and exorbitant "Carbon Capture and Sequestration" (CCS) requirements that have made expansion of fossil fuel power production facilities economically unfeasible.

Obama is promoting open borders—while holding Arizona hostage—and the Russians and Chinese are pushing a global currency. And they know Obama is on board with the Small Arms Treaty (Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has said so) that would effectively eliminate personal ownership of firearms—one of their and the United Nation's main goals. Obama's just got to find a way around that pesky Constitution (can you say Elena Kagan?)
  Hold on to your hats. After all the rah-rahs, glad handing and back slapping in Spain, the globalists are once again amped up and the push for global governance is on.

Imperative to restructure institutions of global governance: Ansari

As each day passes lately, I'm finding myself slowing down on the news articles here. Mostly because I'm having such a hard time wanting to post these with the Scriptures told thousands of years ago in the Bible.

Global Government, is yet another huge step in this same area that totally follows precisely with what so many Prophets throughout the Bible have spoke of.

Many try to claim well we have heard all before and we are still here. This goes to show they have been warned because it is told it would happen and somebody actually taught them the Bible at some point in there lifetime. Now if they actually paid any attention to it. They would see that it if finally happening right now.

Those who just sit back and ignore this will usually say, oh yeah there go the conspiracies again, and won't take the to time watch this. They go on in there little brainwashed mind set and ignore the world around them.
I feel sorry for people like this. They are in the middle of it and don't even know it.

Be ready to see much more on this in the coming days ahead. There is a lot of information out there that shows how real all this actually is.

Faith leaders advocate climate-change measure

Just so people understand, InterFaith has nothing to do with all Faith leaders. They are trying to create a Global Religion.

The 100 clergy members from Virginia, representing various faiths, said legislation pending in the Senate should call for reducing greenhouse gas emissions by at least 25 percent below 1990 levels by 2020 and by 80 percent by 2050. The Senate may not take up the legislation this year. "In affirming the moral need for climate legislation, we are mindful that this may raise the cost of basic goods," the faith leaders wrote. "So we also ask that any such legislation include social safety-net provisions for families that are already struggling." The signatures were secured by Virginia Interfaith Power & Light, an offshoot of the Virginia Interfaith Center, which lobbies in Richmond, and Greater Washington Interfaith Power & Light.

BP Oil Spill 2010, A Repeat in History of 1979?

As we sit back and see all the news today about the Oil Spill in the Gulf of Mexico, we tend to see some very similar trends of the exact same problems that happened in 1979.

One thing I have also noticed is we have a President that constantly talks about not looking at the past anymore but the future of CHANGE. With this in mind, it makes me realize that we need to look more at history to learn exactly what we keep seeing all over the news today. In order to make people think that something is new, you have to first make them forget about the past.

The same dome that didn't work, The same plugging systems that didn't work. The same exact news cast that lasted 9 months.
You would think people including our own President would look at this and say. Don't do that. Do this.
But as you can see. That is far from reality. After all what does History have to prove?

After watching this video. It made me realize that an entire generation was probably to young to remember all this.
Though I haven't agreed fully on the person doing this video. I have to say. I am to glad she did this one.
