’Pillar of light’ reported west of Tennessee’s Roan Mountain - National ufo | Examiner.com

Map of USA with Tennessee highlightedImage via Wikipediahttp://www.examiner.com/ufo-in-national/pillar-of-light-reported-west-of-tennessee-s-roan-mountain
A Tennessee witness reports a "pillar of light standing vertically due west of Roan Mountain" at 4:50 a.m. on November 18, 2010, under 300 feet off of the ground where you could not tell if it was beaming up or down, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
"The thing looked as if someone had an airport spotlight shining straight up, but it ended abruptly, about 75 to 100 yards up and you could not tell if it was beaming upwards or down, just a standing pillar of light in the middle of nowhere," the witness stated. "It didn't look like Bear hunters. I cannot figure it out. It looked similar to the tail of a comet, but I've never seen a comet that large or bright."
Roan Mountain is in Carter County, TN, population 1,160. No video or images were included with the MUFON report, which was filed on November 19, 2010.

Right Or Left? Where do you Stand?

First page of Constitution of the United StatesImage via Wikipedia

  • I have found that many people just don't seem to know what they believe. They say I am Right of Left, The seem to think they know what socialism is. But when I listen to what the believe it seems what I am hearing they don't quite understand what they are saying.
Again I hear others that say I am neutral. I'm not right or left.
Watch this. You believe in something not just for yourself but for your kids and there kids as well.
Let me know where you stand in this graph shown in the video.
These are things you should know about before you go out and vote.

  • The American Form of Government.

It's a Republic and not a Democracy like the people have been taught for the last 40 years. Multiculturalism and Socialism is bringing this Great Country to it's knees.

What so many don't seem to realize about our Country and our Constitutional Rights. The difference between Governments running everything or the People running it is the the difference of freedom.
Freedom is not Government run. Know your right sand why they are there. Stand up for your Freedom and the Constitution. This is what makes our Country America great. Without it? We are just like everyone else.

Atheists Want Leadership in Christian Organizations

If a person is an Atheist, Why in heck would they want to be labeled as a Christian?
Though I know this answer. It should be brought up in the Courts though. If you don't believe it. Stay out of it. Simple fix to many problems.

clipped from americanvision.org

The U.S. Supreme Court is confronted with atheists that want to have "equal opportunity" in Christian organizations. The apparent reason that atheists want to be a part of such religious establishments is so they can control them. Christians are countering the atheists and want the freedom to choose their own leaders on religious grounds. What will the Supreme Court decide?

Report: 90% Of Waking Hours Spent Staring At Glowing Rectangles

    clipped from www.theonion.com

PALO ALTO, CA—A new report published this week by researchers at Stanford University suggests that Americans spend the vast majority of each day staring at, interacting with, and deriving satisfaction from glowing rectangles.

"From the moment they wake up in the morning, to the moment they lose consciousness at night, Americans are in near-constant visual contact with bright, pulsating rectangles," said Dr. Richard Menken, lead author of the report, looking up briefly from the gleaming quadrangle that sits on his desk. "In fact, it's hard to find a single minute during which the American public is not completely captivated by these shining…these dazzling…."
larger and louder and often placed inside the home—allow Americans to enter a relaxing trance-like state after a long day of rectangle-gazing.
"Furthermore, when citizens are not staring slack-jawed at these mesmerizing shapes, many appear to become lost, confused, and unsure of what they should be doing to occupy themselves."

Haiti death toll up to 230,000

Unmarked Graves Sprawl Outside Port-au-Prince,...Image by United Nations Photo via Flickr

    clipped from www.usatoday.com
PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti (AP) — Haiti's government has raised the death toll for the Jan. 12 earthquake to 230,000 from 212,000 and says more bodies remain uncounted.

The government initially estimated 150,000 dead on Jan. 24, apparently from bodies being recovered in the rubble of collapsed buildings in Port-au-Prince, the capital that was near the epicenter.

Communications Minister Marie-Laurence Jocelyn Lassegue said Tuesday the government now counts 230,000 deaths.

But she says the new figure is not definitive. She says it does not include bodies buried by private funeral homes in private cemeteries or the dead buried by their own families.

    Christian speech targeted as 'hate'

The Constitution in PerilImage by Renegade98 via Flickr

    clipped from www.wnd.com

The conflict was sparked by competing flyers distributed recently to public school students, one from PFOX and the other from the homosexual-rights group PFLAG, or Parents and Friends of Lesbians and Gays.

It said, "No one should be labeled based on the perception of  others. Get smart! Explore the origins of your same-sex attraction. ... The decision of a prom date, a car, or whether to super-size those fries can be based on a feeling, but important decisions should not be made on feelings alone."

"You say we are not being 'tolerant' of ex-gays ... and PFOX says it is not anti-gay … yet you people seem to HATE anything and everything that has to do with the way God wanted gay people," the note continued. "Separation of church and state … read the U.S. Constitution."

Free speech does not mean that groups such as PFOX should be permitted to distribute incorrect and demeaning information like this to high school students.

Where Israel did get wiped off map

    clipped from www.nypost.com

On sale exclusively at Target is this innocent-looking toy globe. Thousands of these trinkets have already moved out of malls, from Queens to Honolulu, and landed in living rooms and kids' rooms across America.

In the spot where Israel should be, this word is printed: "Palestine." Some of those who unwittingly purchased the Israel-free orbs feel as if they've played a role in a modern-day Final Solution.

    Dan Brinzac

These planetary models contain just about all the countries on Earth -- from France to China, Singapore to Spain. But there's one glaring exception:

"They're teaching kids there is no Israel, only Palestine," said Rabbi Gary Moskowitz, who bought a globe at the Queens Center Mall for his 5-year-old daughter. "This encourages terrorism. This foments hatred."

After receiving complaints, Target, which sold the globes for several weeks, finally responded. On Sunday, it began yanking the globes from its 1,744 stores in 49 states (Vermont is Target-free), and destroying them. We hope.

US, UN send more troops to help in Haiti - Yahoo! News

The Singapore Armed Forces Military Police Com...Image via Wikipedia

    • "PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti – Scores of U.S. troops landed on the lawn of Haiti's shattered presidential palace Tuesday to the cheers of quake victims and the U.N. said it would throw more police and soldiers into the sluggish global effort to aid the devastated country. The U.N. forces are aimed at controlling outbursts of looting and violence that have slowed distribution of supplies, leaving many Haitians still without help a week after the magnitude-7.0 quake killed an estimated 200,000 people. Looters were rampaging through a part of downtown Port-au-Prince even as the Security Council was voting to add 2,000 troops to the 7,000 military peacekeepers already in the country as well as 1,500 more police to the 2,100-strong international force. Haitians jammed the fence of the palace grounds to gawk and cheer as U.S. troops emerged from six Navy helicopters. "We are happy that they are coming, because we have so many problems," said Fede Felissaint, a hairdresser. Given the circumstances, he did not even mind the troops taking up positions at the presidential palace. "If they want, they can stay longer than in 1915," he said, a reference to the start of a 19-year U.S. military presence in Haiti — something U.S. officials have repeatedly insisted they have no intention of repeating. A full week after the quake, the capital's port remains blocked and the city's lone airport remains a chokepoint that the U.S. military is trying to expand. Tens of thousands of people sleep in the streets or under plastic sheets in makeshift camps. Relief workers say they fear visiting some parts of the city."

Security fears mount in lawless post-earthquake Haiti - washingtonpost.com

Haiti EarthquakeImage by United Nations Development Programme via Flickr

    • "PORT-AU-PRINCE, HAITI -- Desperate Haitians scrambled Sunday to find food and water and guarded their meager possessions against the advance of looters as the U.S. and other nations struggled to jump-start a sluggish relief effort. Even as Navy and Coast Guard ships arrived offshore, a round-the-clock airlift intensified and additional dignitaries appeared, the frantic victims of Tuesday's 7.0-magnitude earthquake were growing more fearful as they pleaded for help and security in a lawless city. With massive amounts of aid promised but not yet delivered because of the difficulty of operating in the crippled country, amid what U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon called "one of the most serious crises in decades," the living banded together outdoors without shelter, sustenance or protection. There was widespread apprehension that, unless the pace of aid distribution quickens, there could be mass violence as hundreds of thousands of people suddenly lacking food, water and electricity begin to compete for scarce resources."
