Why are Your Children Still in Public School?

As a parent I have learned that I really have to watch out and do a lot of studying myself in order to make sure my children are not being fed wrong and purposeful information that seems to be a driven motive to to corrupt our children. Don't take my word for it. If you are a parent. You might want get more involved now in what your kids are being taught. It just may shock you.

Obama Thinks You’re an Idiot: Is He Right? | Vision to America

A liberal E.I. (Educated Idiot) told me this week that her whole family was ready to vote for Obama again, because after all, her grown-up daughters would get their medical care free that way.  Since neither of the college-educated kids have real jobs, even in their late 20s, they will need all the guvmint help they can get.
I swear.  True story.
My friend is an E.I., and so is her whole family.  These are nominally educated folks who fit Obama’s expansive definition of “the rich,” as they will soon find out, when it’s much too late.  But mentally they are deprived, ignorant, superstitious and foolish.  It’s the life choices they’ve made.  They are Obama’s natural prey.
I can’t help thinking that word “idiot” over and over again, as hard as I try to be Politically Correct.  I have compassion for idiots.  I just don’t want to be governed by them, or by the con artists and serial liars they keep voting for.  Bill Clinton.  Barack Obama.  Joe Biden.  Name your own.  It’s obvious by now that Obama doesn’t even bother to memorize his script anymore.  He just tells ‘em anything that pops into his mind, and all the E.I.s instantly bow down and knock their heads in the dirt.  What a brilliant guy this is!
Obama thinks you’re a dumb sucker who will fall for any nonsense syllables he croons in that mellifluous baritone, like Bing Crosby on the radio long ago, and liberals lose all their muscle tone and swoon…the blood drains from their brains…they keel over. “Will somebody help the lady who just fainted in row seven? Give her some air, please…”

Of course everybody will go nuclear, because Obama has let that critical moment in history when nuclear proliferation could be halted slip right by him.  After that we will see a mighty global struggle between radical Islam and Western, Chinese, and Hindu civilization -- it's been going on since Mohammed and the Persians and Byzantines.  We will lose some, we will win some.  I say we go with the modernizing peoples of the world, the ones who are instinctively on the side of rationality, prosperity, and wherever possible, electoral government.  Our standard should not be protecting the Europeans who will not protect themselves.  Instead, we should seek allies in Australia, India, Japan, and maybe Russia and China, depending on how they behave.

If we develop our domestic fuels we don't need the Muslim countries at all.  If we perfect missile defenses we can wall off all the plague bacilli that spread epidemics around the world.

Meanwhile we are stuck with a parasitical population of Educated Idiots, the dumbed-down victims of the welfare state.  It's not their IQ or their formal education.  It's just their lifelong unwillingness to see the world for what it is.  Are we now 51 percent functionally disabled?  Or just 45 percent?

On that question the fate of the United States may rest.

"Doing God in Education" is authored by Professor Trevor Cooling, director of the National Institute for Christian Education Research at Canterbury Christ Church University.
He calls attempts to ban religious faith from shaping education misguided and harmful.
In particular, he challenges the prevailing assumption that education should be based on human knowledge and rationality because they are objective and independent of the “clutter” of religious beliefs.
Professor Cooling warns that such a position only privileges secular worldviews and so-called “commonsense” values in the classroom.
“The problem with this position is its dependence on the particular humanist belief that religion is ‘clutter’ when it comes to knowledge. It is not therefore fair or inclusive to base public education on this approach because it unjustifiably privileges a secular view of knowledge,” he states.

There has been a sustained push for “Interactive White Boards” in K-12 schools to “bring lesson plans to life, engage students directly in the learning process and even boost student performance.“

As I posted earlier this year, school districts across the state are pushing for federal dollars to purchase the interactive SMART boards for their classrooms while many educators question the effectiveness of the equipment.

As it has been pointed out many times before, the more money spent on education does not translate into improved results.

Increased spending on education does not increase results

Questions of effectiveness aside, opinion leaders and educators are pushing for the new SMART boards. Via the Detroit News:

From Macomb Township to Plymouth, technology is transforming the teaching landscape. Chalkboards and dry-erase boards have been replaced by interactive whiteboards with touch screens that communicate with a teacher’s laptop or computer. Assignments and lecture notes are often found on teachers’ blogs. And science experiments can be projected in front of an entire class — and recorded — using a document camera, a desktop apparatus that can snap or stream images to a whiteboard or screen, so students don’t have to crane their necks to see what’s going on.
Technology “has changed everything,” Johnson said.

(Reuters) - Novartis AG plans to seek regulatory approval within 18 months for a pioneering tablet containing an embedded microchip, bringing the concept of "smart-pill" technology a step closer.The initial program will use one of the Swiss firm's established drugs taken by transplant patients to avoid organ rejection. But Trevor Mundel, global head of development, believes the concept can be applied to many other pills.
"We are taking forward this transplant drug with a chip and we hope within the next 18 months to have something that we will be able to submit to the regulators, at least in Europe," Mundel told the Reuters Health Summit in New York.
"I see the promise as going much beyond that," he added.
Novartis agreed in January to spend $24 million to secure access to chip-in-a-pill technology developed by privately owned Proteus Biomedical of Redwood City, California, putting it ahead of rivals.

  Many try to claim. one sentence.
  No man knows the time of the end.
  This is false. If they actually read the rest of what that paragraph is talking about. It is talking about the time of Christ's return.
  Now this is about doom and gloom either. It's about preparing you for what is to come. I will have several more posts just like this show much more in detail as time goes on.

  A: It depends on the type of seeds and how they were stored. If your seeds were kept in a cool, dry place, there's a good chance they're still viable, but expect a lower germination rate — exactly how low depends on the species. Seed corn is best used the current year (after that germination is greatly reduced), but tomato seeds can last for more than four years if stored well. Seeds for some perennials seem to last forever while some such as delphinium must be sown shortly after harvest. Annuals such as cosmos, marigolds, petunia and stock can last for several years. Parsley has to be sown right away.

  The promises of God are very real and very true. Christ taught us not only about God's love but also His protection and Our Lives after all Evil is wiped off the face of the planet. Our Hope in Jesus Christ is more than just hope. It's reality. Anyone who takes the time to know him, can tell you this first hand.
  It's not about what church you go to. It's about letting him come into your life and having a relationship with him.
  In Good and Bad times. He is always there to help. We just have to stop and listen to what he has to say.
  For the weirdos out there. YES, HE DOES SPEAK. lol He is alive not dead. This is why you never win the arguments. lol
  Just talk to Jesus. Tell him and mean it with your heart. That you know he is Lord and Savior. You know he died for you sin. And ask him to come into your heart. To not just stay there but to help you throughout the rest of your life.
  Once you do this. Begin to read the Bible. The whole thing. and Watch out for Religions leading you astray.

Massachusetts town will allow elementary school to pass out condoms

Being a parent makes you wonder, WHAT THE HECK ARE THEY TEACHING OUR CHILDREN IN SCHOOLS TODAY?
Here is fact. Giving out condemns says, it's OK to have sex. Also Sex = Baby. Are they not teaching this anymore? To send our kids to a school system that is allowing this kind of teaching that sex is OK. Is not just wrong, but teaching them that teen pregnancy is also a great thing.
Condemns are NOT the answer people. Teach it right. Sex = Baby. Stuff like this makes me wonder what kind of predators are actually running the school systems.
For those that actually think a condemn is to prevent Pregnancy. Think again. Anyone that has used them knows that they break among so much more.
Anyone that actually thinks this is a good thing may want to sit back and question themselves and who they really think what type of person they are.
This stuff is sick, and very degrading to a child.

clipped from americaswatchtower.com   The Provincetown Massachusetts School Committee  has passed a new condom policy that will allow both its high school and ELEMENTARY school to pass out condoms to CHILDREN who request them.    The vote was unanimous but it does come with some controversy within the school committee– although not for the reasons you would think. Those who voted for the policy, but voiced some concerns over the policy are upset that the new policy isn’t liberal enough.   Dr. Beth Singer, school superintendent, argued that since there is no age limit on the distribution policy, she wanted to ensure that younger students requesting condoms receive information on their use.   The concerns raised about this policy center around the fact that a child would have to ask a nurse for a condom; the opponents feel that the condoms should be available without a child even having to ask for them. Asking for them will put too much stress on them and scare them away from getting a condom according to these people.
