Iran: 'Only seven minutes needed for the Iranian missile to hit Tel Aviv'

"Only seven minutes is needed for the Iranian missile to hit Tel Aviv," senior member of the Iranian parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Commission and former Revolutionary Guard official, Majtaba Zonour, told semi-official Fars News Agency Saturday.
His comments follow days of heated exchanges between US and Iranian officials.
Tensions between Washington and Tehran have intensified after the Trump administration announced new sanctions targeting Iran’s ballistic-missile program.
The US issued the new penalties in response to several Iranian missile launches that international powers say are in violation of Iran’s obligations.

Iran responded forcefully, proceeding with a military exercise that further tested its missile radar capabilities.
Iran’s officials vowed to continue launching “roaring missiles,” which they characterized as defensive in nature.
And they targeted US President Donald Trump himself calling him “reckless” and inexperienced.
Trump said on Twitter that Iran was “playing with fire.” And, in a statement, US National Security Adviser Michael Flynn said Iran’s “belligerent and lawless” behavior across the Middle East had only increased since it agreed to a deal with six foreign nations meant to govern its nuclear program for more than a decade.
Senior MP: Iran to Demolish US Base in Bahrain in Case of Aggressionhttp://en.farsnews.com/newstext.aspx?nn=13951117000363

TEHRAN (FNA)- A senior member of the Iranian parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Commission and former Islamic Revolution Guards Corps official warned that the slightest aggression by Washington against Iran will be responded by razing to the ground the US military base in Bahrain.
"The US army's fifth fleet has occupied a part of Bahrain, and the enemy's farthest military base is in the Indian Ocean but these points are all within the range of Iran's missile systems and they will be razed to the ground if the enemy makes a mistake," Mojtaba Zonour, a former advisor to the Iranian Supreme Leader's Representative at the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), said on Saturday evening.

Stressing that Tehran has prepared its forces for asymmetric war and attained great achievements in the missile field, he said if the enemy fires a missile against Iran, the country will immediately retaliate it with firing a missile at Tel Aviv.
"And only 7 minutes is needed for the Iranian missile to hit Tel Aviv," Zonour said.
His remarks came after US officials repeated threats to Iran in the last few days.
Yesterday, Commander of the IRGC Aerospace Force Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh played down the recent allegations by the US officials against Iran's defense program, but meantime warned Washington to avoid hostile action or wait for a harsh response.
Iranian President Stresses Expansion of Banking Ties with Moldaviahttp://en.farsnews.com/newstext.aspx?nn=13951124001465

TEHRAN (FNA)- Iranian President Hassan Rouhani in a meeting with his Moldavian counterpart Igor Dodon in Tehran on Sunday underlined the need for the development of banking relations between the two countries.
"Development of baking relations between the two countries will accelerate expansion of trade and economic ties between Iran and Moldavia," President Rouhani said.

He also underscored the importance of mutual cooperation in the energy sector, and said, "The Islamic Republic of Iran can supply an important part of Moldavia's needs in this field given its high capacities in the production of oil, gas and gas condensates."
Dodon, for his part, called for using the abundant cooperation capacities existing in Iran and Moldavia to enhance the level of economic and trade ties and increase reciprocal investments.
Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister for Asia-Pacifica and Commonwealth Affairs Ibrahim Rahimpour and Moldova's Foreign Minister Andrei Galbur in a meeting last August stressed promotion of all-out ties.
Rahimpour who met Galbur in the Moldova's capital Chisinau, said that the ground is ready for development of ties between Iran and Moldova in all areas particularly in the field of economy.
He referred to Iran’s geopolitical position in the North-South corridor and called for development of cooperation between Tehran and Chisinau for using this transit route.
Moldova's foreign minister who is also deputy prime minister, for his part, said that the two countries following the removal of sanctions against Iran should seize the chance to enhance their cooperation in all spheres.
Moldova is ready to sign cooperation documents to boost all-out ties with Tehran, he said.

Israel Deploys 'Star Wars' Missile Killer System

(Worthy News) - Israel's upgraded ballistic missile shield became operational on Wednesday, in a “Star Wars”-like extension of its capabilities to outer space where incoming missiles can be safely destroyed.
The Defense Ministry said the U.S.-funded Arrow 3 system, jointly developed by state-owned Israel Aerospace Industries and U.S. firm Boeing Co., was handed over to the Israeli Air Force.
The Arrow 3, together with the Arrow 2, which has been operational since 2000, would “significantly reduce the possibilities of ballistic missiles” hitting Israel, the ministry said in a statement. [ Source ]
http://freebeacon.com/national-security/israel-deploys-star-wars-missile-killer-system/
The Arrow 3, together with the Arrow 2, which has been operational since 2000, would "significantly reduce the possibilities of ballistic missiles" hitting Israel, the ministry said in a statement.
The Arrow 2 is designed to intercept projectiles high and low within the atmosphere. Arrow 3 missiles will fly into space, where their warheads detach to become "kamikaze" satellites that track and slam into their targets.
Such high-altitude shoot-downs are meant to safely destroy incoming nuclear, biological, or chemical missiles. Israel has frequently voiced concern about a ballistic missile threat posed by its arch-foe, Iran.
The United States has its own system for intercepting ballistic missiles in space, Aegis.
Arrow serves as the top tier of an integrated Israeli shield built up to withstand various potential missile or rocket salvoes. The bottom tier is the already-deployed short-range Iron Dome interceptor, which was used extensively with high success rates in a 2014 Gaza war against Hamas militants.
Another Israeli system called David's Sling is being developed to shoot down mid-range, lower-altitude missiles, such as those in the arsenal of Iranian-backed Hezbollah, a Lebanese group which last fought a war with Israel in 2006.

The Truth about the Palestinian and Israeli conflict

The Truth about the Palestinian and Israeli conflict.

Join Dennis Prager of Prager University as he gives a lucid and knowledgable synopsis of the Middle East conflict. Although his explanation is based on historical fact, these facts are becoming murkier and murkier as the Moslem countries of the Middle East attempt to rewrite them.

Dennis Prager asks an intriguing question. Why can't the one Jewish state in the world be allowed to exist? Who is he in essence asking? The Arab nations that surround Israel? America? The UN? When observing the behavior of the Moslem nations and then the behavior of the Jewish nation you begin to wonder why the world tends to support the Moslem stand on this extremely straightforward issue. As Prager explains "One side wants the other dead."

Watch and decide for yourself.

Published on Jun 19, 2014you can find books by Dennis Prager here: http://bit.ly/dennisprager

Israel would like to exist and recognizes the right of the Palestinians to have a state; the Palestinians, however, and many other Muslims and Arabs, do not recognize the right of a Jewish state of Israel to exist.

Every poll among Palestinians shows that a majority of Palestinians want there to be no Jewish state of Israel -- doesn't believe it should exist -- or had any basis for being. And this has been true since 1948, when the British left and the U.N. established a division; Palestine would be cut in half -- a Jewish half and an Arab half.

The Jews accepted it -- the Arabs didn't accept it. And what happened? The moment it was announced, Arab armies -- about seven Arab armies -- attacked the Jewish state in order to destroy it. To everybody's surprise, the little Jewish state survived, and that was pretty much it.

And then it happened again in 1967, when the dictator of Egypt, Gamal Abdul Nasser, said "We're now going to extinguish the Jewish state of Israel." And Jordan joined him, and Syria joined him -- but Israel attacked first, as so Israel survived.

And that is how Israel -- and only that way -- came to occupy what was called the "West Bank" of Jordan -- where many Palestinians lived, because many Palestinians lived in that part of Jordan.

So, the war was over in '67 and what did the Arabs do? The Arab states all went to Khartoum, Sudan and announced "No recognition, no peace, and no negotiations," the three famous "No's." What was Israel supposed to do?

Then Israel made an agreement to give the entire Sinai Peninsula -- an area of land bigger than Israel-- with oil -- back to Egypt because they said they would make peace with Israel. Israel gives territory back for peace, and it will always do that. But is there really a desire for peace on the part of Israel's enemies, which broadcast after broadcast on TV and radio, in the Palestinian areas, is about how Jews should be killed and how Allah wants Jews to be killed? That's the typical broadcast on Palestinian television.
See video here.
https://youtu.be/IG1C7gorfQA

And so, its not hard to explain the Middle-East dispute. One side wants the other dead. Do you know what the motto of Hamas is? The motto of Hamas is, "We love death as much as the Jews love life." Now you tell me how Israel is suppose to make peace when people believe what Hamas believes.

Now, here is one of the most important things nobody talks about: Everybody talks about a Palestinian state -- Why didn't anybody talk about a Palestinian state when the Palestinians lived under Jordanian rule? Because, the truth is, people started talking about a Palestinian state once the Palestinians were under Israeli rule, because it was always a way to destroy the Jewish state of Israel.

And I say "Jewish State" because that is what it is. There are many, many Arab states but there is only one Jewish state. It is about the size of New Jersey. In fact, El Salvador is larger than Israel. El Salvador!

And yet, if a Martian came to the earth and they visited the United Nations, or they read the world's newspapers, or watched world television, they would believe that biggest problem on Earth is a state the size of New Jersey and El Salvador. This state of Israel, this preoccupation with this little democratic, humane state is absolutely irrational.

And here's another question to be asked: If Israel, tomorrow, put down its arms and said "We will fight no more," what would happen? If the Arab countries around Israel said "We will fight no more, we will put down our arms" what would happen?

In the first case there would be an immediate destruction of the State of Israel with the mass murder of the Jews of Israel. In the second scenario I presented, where the Arabs put down their arms and said, "We just want peace," there would be peace the next Wednesday.

The fact is, as I said at the outset, it is a very simple problem to describe: One side wants the other dead -- and if they didn't there would be peace.

Please remember this -- there has never been, never in the history of the world, a state in that area, in what is called geographically Palestine, that was not Jewish. Israel is the third Jewish autonomous Jewish state to exist in that area. There was never an autonomous Arab state. There was never an autonomous Muslim state. There was not an autonomous "any-other" state. That's the issue: Why can't a little state the size of El Salvador, that calls itself Israel, be allowed to exist? That, in a nutshell, is the Middle-East problem.

Saudis consider Iran - not Israel - their top enemy

[Saudis consider Iran - not Israel - their top enemy, study finds](http://news360.com/article/296108084)

An Israeli college has quietly conducted an opinion poll in Saudi Arabia, concluding that the Saudi public is far more concerned about the threats of Iran and the Islamic State group than Israel, and that the vast majority of Saudis support a decade-old peace offer to the Jewish state.

The survey conducted by the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya provides Israelis with a rare glimpse inside Saudi Arabia and may change Israeli perceptions about the desert kingdom. The two countries are longtime foes with no diplomatic relations.

The poll found that 53 percent of Saudis named Iran as their main adversary, while 22 percent said it is the Islamic State group and only 18 percent said Israel. The poll, conducted in conjunction with the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, surveyed 506 Saudis over the phone and had a margin of error of 5 percentage points. It was carried out over the past two weeks, starting in late May.

Signs Of The Times - UN Vote In Sept Could Divide The World Over Israel

Map of Israel, the Palestinian territories (We...Image via Wikipedia

Israel is gearing up for what could be massive Palestinian protests in September, when the United Nations may move forward with the recognition of a Palestinian state. "The most immediate one is the decision of the Palestinian Authority to reject negotiations with Israel," former Israeli U.N. Ambassador Dore Gold told CBN News.Palestinians want the United Nations to accept them as a member state in September. Gold said they want to use mass demonstrations in the West Bank to challenge Israel.Turning World Opinion"There's a strategy in the field to create an atmosphere of violence that leads TV networks to give it special coverage and forces public opinion, as well as Western governments to shift their position from one of questions about what the Palestinians are doing to strong support for what they're trying to accomplish," Gold explained.

Israeli Messianic leader Chuck Cohen said any such action would be dividing God's land to make an Islamic state in the territory promised to the Jewish people."The Palestinians never had it in the first place, and yet here we are facing this threat," Cohen said. And they want to divide Jerusalem."God is saying, I'm testing your hearts with Jerusalem that I'm giving back to my people," he added. If Israel defies the U.N., author Joel Rosenberg warned that the international community could team up to cut off Israel diplomatically and even economically."Think of what we did with Iraq for example. We built a coalition to cut her off economically and then eventually we sent a military to overthrow a regime," Rosenberg said.Weapons of WarAnd what if Israel agrees to divide its land with the Palestinians?

Egyptians to hold ‘million-man protest’ against peace accord with Israel

Map of Israel, the Palestinian territories (We...Image via WikipediaSeems the more this moves along Eziekel 38 and 39 is getting so much Closer. I posted many posts about all this. So far, all this is lining up perfectly with what the Bible said would happen over 4000 years ago. Still think the Bible isn't true? Yet more time will tell if this actually happens.

http://www.haaretz.com/print-edition/news/egyptians-to-hold-million-man-protest-against-peace-accord-with-israel-1.380723?localLinksEnabled=false

Who and how many will take part in today's million-man demonstration in Tahrir Square? It is not expected to be one of the routine demonstrations that have shaken Egypt since January. This time, Tahrir Square will confront Egypt's foreign policy. The headline of the demonstration is "Million-man demonstration to expel the Israeli ambassador," and most of the protest groups have announced that they will participate. Egyptian anger is not only directed at Israel which killed five soldiers during the terrorist attack near Eilat last week, but also against the Egyptian government's policy toward Israel.

Since the terrorist attack there have been raucous demonstrations in front of the Israeli embassy in the neighborhood of Giza that have resulted in a national event and a national hero, who climbed the flagpole in front of the embassy and removed the Israeli flag. Even though there are reports of smaller crowds and consequently smaller amounts of security guards protecting the embassy, the public discourse on the issue remains intense.
Those who organized the demonstration today also relied on a report in the daily Al-Masry Al-Youm, which said that Israel has still not responded to an Egyptian request for a joint investigation, and that National Security Adviser Ya'akov Amidror said that Israel will hold no such joint probe.

Gog and Allies Attack Israel
1 Now the word of the LORD came to me, saying, 2 “Son of man, set your face against Gog, of the land of Magog, the prince of Rosh,[a] Meshech, and Tubal, and prophesy against him, 3 and say, ‘Thus says the Lord GOD: “Behold, I am against you, O Gog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal. 4 I will turn you around, put hooks into your jaws, and lead you out, with all your army, horses, and horsemen, all splendidly clothed, a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords. 5 Persia, Ethiopia,[b] and Libya[c] are with them, all of them with shield and helmet; 6 Gomer and all its troops; the house of Togarmah from the far north and all its troops—many people are with you.
7 “Prepare yourself and be ready, you and all your companies that are gathered about you; and be a guard for them. 8 After many days you will be visited. In the latter years you will come into the land of those brought back from the sword and gathered from many people on the mountains of Israel, which had long been desolate; they were brought out of the nations, and now all of them dwell safely. 9 You will ascend, coming like a storm, covering the land like a cloud, you and all your troops and many peoples with you.”
10 ‘Thus says the Lord GOD: “On that day it shall come to pass that thoughts will arise in your mind, and you will make an evil plan: 11 You will say, ‘I will go up against a land of unwalled villages; I will go to a peaceful people, who dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates’— 12 to take plunder and to take booty, to stretch out your hand against the waste places that are again inhabited, and against a people gathered from the nations, who have acquired livestock and goods, who dwell in the midst of the land. 13 Sheba, Dedan, the merchants of Tarshish, and all their young lions will say to you, ‘Have you come to take plunder? Have you gathered your army to take booty, to carry away silver and gold, to take away livestock and goods, to take great plunder?

God Judges the Nations
1 “For behold, in those days and at that time,
When I bring back the captives of Judah and Jerusalem,
2 I will also gather all nations,
      And bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat;
And I will enter into judgment with them there
On account of My people, My heritage Israel,
      Whom they have scattered among the nations;
They have also divided up My land.
3 They have cast lots for My people,
Have given a boy as payment for a harlot,
And sold a girl for wine, that they may drink.
4 “ Indeed, what have you to do with Me,
O Tyre and Sidon, and all the coasts of Philistia?
      Will you retaliate against Me?
But if you retaliate against Me,
      Swiftly and speedily I will return your retaliation upon your own head;
5 Because you have taken My silver and My gold,
And have carried into your temples My prized possessions.
6 Also the people of Judah and the people of Jerusalem
You have sold to the Greeks,
That you may remove them far from their borders.
       7 “ Behold, I will raise them
Out of the place to which you have sold them,
And will return your retaliation upon your own head.

Israel hit by Gaza rocket attack | World news

Binyamin Netanyahu: Attacks on Israel 'demand a very heavy price'. Link to this video
More than 10 rockets have been fired from Gaza into Israel following a series of overnight Israeli air strikes on targets in the north and south of the strip in which a teenage boy was killed and more than a dozen people injured.
The action followed an audacious three-pronged assault near Israel's border with Egypt on Thursday, in which eight Israelis and at least five militants were killed in the deadliest attack in Israel for several years.
The Israeli military said two of the rockets fired by militants in Gaza on Friday caused damage and injuries at a synagogue and school in the southern Israeli city of Ashdod. S
Israel deployed its Iron Dome mobile air defence system and intercepted at least one of the Grad and Qassam rockets. Most landed on open ground.
The Israeli air force struck seven targets in Gaza in the early hours of Friday, which it said included a weapons storage unit, two tunnels used for smuggling arms and militant training sites.
Thirteen-year-old Mahmoud Abu Samra was killed and up to 18 others wounded in an air strike on a home near the former intelligence service headquarters in Gaza City, according to medics quoted by the Palestinian news agency Ma'an.
Israeli officials said the Gaza-based Popular Resistance Committees (PRC) was responsible for the attacks near the Red Sea resort of Eilat. A large squad of militants crossed through tunnels from Gaza into Egypt, and then travelled 125 miles (200km) south through the lawless Sinai peninsula before crossing into Egypt north of Eilat, according to officials.
Although Israel has begun building a security fence along two sections of its border with Egypt, only about a tenth of it is completed and officials acknowledge the border is porous.
According to reports in the Israeli media, the IDF believe the purpose of the attack was to kidnap a civilian or a soldier. An Israeli official told the Guardian: "We knew they were out there," suggesting intelligence had picked up the possibility of an attack

Report: Iran missiles can now hit targets at 2,000 km range

Commander of Aerospace Force of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh says if attacked Iran can retaliate by targeting American aircraft carriers.

By Amos Harel Tags: Iran Iran threat
Iran launched two long-range missiles into the Indian Ocean in February, Iranian news agencies reported yesterday, quoting as their source the commander of the Aerospace Force of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards.
The commander, Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh, said that if Iran is attacked, it can retaliate by targeting American aircraft carriers in the region, which he described as “moving targets.” Hajizadeh said the launch test included firing two missiles from the Semnan province in the north of the country. He said American spy planes were operating in the area, but “curiously didn’t report that.”

Iran has claimed for some time that it has rockets with a range of 2,000 km. but a statement on their actual launch for such a distance is unusual, as is the choice of direction − toward the Indian Ocean.
Israeli missiles expert Uzi Rubin told Haaretz that launching a missile into the ocean at such a distance shows the Iranians’ ability to chart the course of the missiles and pinpoint the landing location. He said this was a breakthrough that would allow the Iranians to go on increasing the range of their missiles, if they so desire.
“This is the first tangible evidence that the Iranian Shihab 3 missile can actually reach that range,” said Rubin, former head of Israel’s Wall ‏(Homa‏) missile defense program. He said such a range would allow Iranians to hit targets not only in the Persian Gulf and in Israel, but also in Europe.

For there will be great distress in the land and wrath upon this people. 24 And they will fall by the edge of the sword, and be led away captive into all nations. 73% of 1,010 Palestinians in W. Bank, Gaza agree with 'hadith' quoted in Hamas Charter about the need to kill Jews hiding behind stones, trees.

Only one in three Palestinians (34 percent) accepts two states for two peoples as the solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, according to an intensive, face-to-face survey in Arabic of 1,010 Palestinian adults in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip completed this week by American pollster Stanley Greenberg.

The poll, which has a margin of error of 3.1 percentage points, was conducted in partnership with the Beit Sahour-based Palestinian Center for Public Opinion and sponsored by the Israel Project, an international nonprofit organization that provides journalists and leaders with information about the Middle East.

The Israel Project is trying to reach out to the Arab world to promote “people-to-people peace.” The poll appears to indicate that the organization has a difficult task ahead.

Respondents were asked about US President Barack Obama’s statement that “there should be two states: Palestine as the homeland for the Palestinian people and Israel as the homeland for the Jewish people.”

Just 34% said they accepted that concept, while 61% rejected it.

Sixty-six percent said the Palestinians’ real goal should be to start with a two-state solution but then move to it all being one Palestinian state.

Asked about the fate of Jerusalem, 92% said it should be the capital of Palestine, 1% said the capital of Israel, 3% the capital of both, and 4% a neutral international city.

Seventy-two percent backed denying the thousands of years of Jewish history in Jerusalem, 62% supported kidnapping IDF soldiers and holding them hostage, and 53% were in favor or teaching songs about hating Jews in Palestinian schools.

Zechariah 12

The Coming Deliverance of Judah
1 The burden[a] of the word of the LORD against Israel. Thus says the LORD, who stretches out the heavens, lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of man within him: 2 “Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of drunkenness to all the surrounding peoples, when they lay siege against Judah and Jerusalem. 3 And it shall happen in that day that I will make Jerusalem a very heavy stone for all peoples; all who would heave it away will surely be cut in pieces, though all nations of the earth are gathered against it. 4 In that day,” says the LORD, “I will strike every horse with confusion, and its rider with madness; I will open My eyes on the house of Judah, and will strike every horse of the peoples with blindness. 5 And the governors of Judah shall say in their heart, ‘The inhabitants of Jerusalem are my strength in the LORD of hosts, their God.’ 6 In that day I will make the governors of Judah like a firepan in the woodpile, and like a fiery torch in the sheaves; they shall devour all the surrounding peoples on the right hand and on the left, but Jerusalem shall be inhabited again in her own place—Jerusalem.
7 “The LORD will save the tents of Judah first, so that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem shall not become greater than that of Judah. 8 In that day the LORD will defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem; the one who is feeble among them in that day shall be like David, and the house of David shall be like God, like the Angel of the LORD before them. 9 It shall be in that day that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.

There is a truth Americans don’t want to face, Pastor John Hagee said at the closing banquet of the annual Christians United for Israel summit in Washington, D.C., and that truth is this: “President Obama is not pro-Israel.”
“Mr. President, go tell Russia what to do. Go tell the Chinese what to do. Go tell Iran to stop building a nuclear bomb,” Hagee said in his speech at the Washington Convention Center, criticizing the president for his handling of the U.S.–Israel relationship since he took office.
“Israel is not a vassal state of the United States,” he added, condemning President Obama’s recent call to use Israel’s pre-1967 borders as the basis for peace negotiations with Palestinian Arabs.
Hagee said those gathered at the conference had one message: “Israel today, Israel tomorrow, and Israel forever.” Hagee, a fifth-generation pastor, founded and leads Christians United for Israel.
“Attention liberal media: The Jewish people are not occupying the land of Israel, they own the land of Israel,” he said. “American should never pressure Israel to give up land for peace, not for any reason, not to anyone, ever.”

Over 5000 Christians, mainly Evangelicals, gathered this week at the Convention Center in Washington for the annual conference of the organization CUFI, Christians United For Israel.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the Christian Zionist conference via satellite, telling them, "When you support Israel, you don’t have to choose between your interests and your values; you get both."

The prime minister encouraged the conference attendees to not only think of Israel as an ally of the Unites States, but as indistinguishable from it. "Our enemies think that we are you, and that you are us," added Netanyahu. "And you know something? They are absolutely right."

Ambassador to the U.S. Michael Oren compared the participants' support of Israel to British military officer Orde Wingate’s training of Jewish paramilitary units before the establishment of the State of Israel. “We thank you for carrying out this vision,” Oren told the CUFI conference participants.News commentator Glenn Beck worked the audience into a frenzy, decrying the historical persecution of Jews, insisting that Israel cannot cede control over territories it controls, and calling upon the conference attendees to declare that they, too, are Jewish.

So Hagee set aside his prepared remarks for a moment, and noting that this was being broadcast worldwide, including in Israel, he said:
Will those of you standing with Israel give a thunderous shout?
They did, and  they were primed for the following jabs at Obama (not all of them based in reality):
Iran will soon become nuclear -- our president is waiting for Iran to extend a friendly hand, and that is not going to happen.
If our government forces Israel to divide Jerusalem you can mark that day as the day that God will turn his back on the United States of America.
America should never pressure Israel to give up land for peace, not for any reason, to anyone whenever.
America should never pressure Israel to divide the city of Jerusalem for any reason, not ever.
President Obama told the Jewish people in Jerusalem that they could not build homes in east Jerusalem
The truth is Barack Obama has absolutely no authority to tell the people what they can and cannot do in the state of Israel.
Plenty of red meat, lots of cheers from the 5,000-plus assembled....

No Bias? While Syria, Libya and Yemen Kill it's citizens - only Israel singled out by UN for humans rights clause

Vote on the establishment of the United Nation...Image via WikipediaLuke 21
The Destruction of Jerusalem
20 “But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then know that its desolation is near. 21 Then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains, let those who are in the midst of her depart, and let not those who are in the country enter her. 22 For these are the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled. 23 But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days! For there will be great distress in the land and wrath upon this people. 24 And they will fall by the edge of the sword, and be led away captive into all nations. And Jerusalem will be trampled by Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.

HRC keeps clause dedicated to Israel

UN automatically approves Human Rights Council agenda for next five years, which keeps Israel as only state in world specifically targeted for human rights violations. US, Canada, and Palau only states to join Israel in objecting
Yitzhak Benhorin

WASHINGTON – Israel demanded Friday a UN vote and called on members to vote against a Human Rights Council agenda for the next five years, which will keep Israel as the only permanent state to be targeted out of 192 member-states.
The agenda in its current form ensures a continuing and skewed focus on Israel while ignoring other dictatorships and blatant human rights violations.

Israel requested a vote in order to prevent the automatic approval by the UN General Assembly, and in order to allow the state to express its objections.

The US, Canada, and Palau are the only countries that joined Israel in objecting to the agenda, which passed with an automatic approval of 154 states.
Ron Prosor, who just days ago officially assumed the position of Israel's UN ambassador, told Ynet the agenda was absurd.

"These days, as Assad slaughters his citizens, Gaddafi murders his countrymen, and in Yemen people are being gunned down in the street, The Human Rights Council is dedicating a special clause to the issue of human rights in Israel," he said. "It is utter insolence that tyrannical regimes are judging Israel, the only democratic country in the Middle East, with a dignified court system."

Sources close to Hezbollah say group may initiate war with Israel in bid to relieve pressure to topple Syria's Assad; terror group 'will not just watch' as West brings Syrian president down, Lebanese official says

Lebanon's Hezbollah is preparing for a possible war with Israel to relieve perceived Western pressure to topple Syrian President Bashar Assad, its guardian ally, sources close to the movement say.

The radical Shi'ite group is watching the unrest in neighboring Syria with alarm and is determined to prevent the West from exploiting popular protests to bring down Assad.

Hezbollah supported pro-democracy movements that toppled Western-backed leaders in Tunisia and Egypt, but officials say it will not stand idly by as international pressure mounts on Assad to yield to protesters.

It is committed to do whatever it takes politically to help deflect what it sees as a foreign campaign against Damascus, but it is also readying for a possible war with Israel if Assad is weakened.

"Hezbollah will never intervene in Syria. This is an internal issue for President Bashar to tackle. But when it sees the West gearing up to bring him down, it will not just watch," a Lebanese official close to the group's told Reuters.

"This is a battle for existence for the group and it is time to return the favor (of Syria's support). It will do that by fending off some of the international pressure," he added.

Report: US gives Netanyahu ultimatum on resuming talks
Israel Radio Reported Sunday that The United States gave Netanyahu an ultimatum on renewing negotiations with the Palestinians.
According to the ultimatum, Netanyahu has to decide within a month whether he agrees to accept US President Obama’s proposal and resume talks based on 1967 lines.
Washington is pressuring Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to accede to its proposal to resume Israeli-Palestinian peace talks on the basis of U.S. President Barack Obama’s May 19 speech.
An Israeli source who spoke recently with senior officials in Washington said the Americans were very frustrated with Netanyahu’s behavior, feeling that he was impeding America’s efforts to keep the Palestinians from unilaterally seeking UN recognition of a state in September.
Netanyahu’s personal envoy, Isaac Molho, spent last week in Washington, where the Americans presented their proposal for resuming talks on the basis of Obama’s speech. Specifically, Obama’s plan calls for negotiating over borders and security first, while deferring issues such as Jerusalem and the refugees until later. It also calls for the borders to be based on the 1967 lines, with mutually agreed land swaps.
The Americans told Molho that to block European initiatives such as France’s proposal for an international peace conference in Paris, they must have something concrete to offer, like Netanyahu‘s agreement to negotiate on the basis of Obama’s speech.
The U.S. proposal was also given to chief Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erekat, who said the Palestinians would resume talks on this basis.
