LAW OF THE LAND CALIFORNIA DEMOCRATS 'LEGALIZE CHILD PROSTITUTION'

California Democrats ‘legalize child prostitution’
In fact, police officers in the state will be banned from arresting any person under the age of 18 for soliciting or loitering with intent, according to Senate Bill 1322. California Gov. Jerry Brown signed the bill on Sept. 26, and it will go into effect Sunday.

The law also requires police to report allegations of child prostitution to county child welfare agencies.

Advocates of the law say it will help child victims of sex trafficking get treatment rather than sending them to juvenile hall and tagging them with a rap sheet for prostitution.

Beginning on Jan. 1, prostitution by minors will be legal in California. Yes, you read that right.
SB 1322 bars law enforcement from arresting sex workers who are under the age of 18 for soliciting or engaging in prostitution, or loitering with the intent to do so. So teenage girls (and boys) in California will soon be free to have sex in exchange for money without fear of arrest or prosecution.

Paul Durenberger, an assistant chief district attorney in Sacramento County who oversees human trafficking cases, told the Sacramento Bee in February that the legislation is similar to “bills that a trafficker would want to write to protect themselves.”
Alameda County District Attorney Nancy O’Malley, a respected leader on the issue of human trafficking, said the law “just opens up the door for traffickers to use these kids to commit crimes and exploit them even worse.”

'South California': Riverside politician seeks to form 'South California'

All county highways in zone R lie within River...Image via WikipediaProbably being the best idea I've heard for California in years. South California its own state? Now for the first time this actually make complete sense. Growing in in Southern California myself. I could never understand why the Capitol was so far away. Most state in the U.S. isn't so hard to go visit the Capitol. But growing up in California. I don't think I have ever been there.

You see it really does not make any sense why Southern California shouldn't be it own state for many reasons. Its 2 completely different places. North and South. South California has a lot. L.A. , Santa Monica, Hollywood  Sunset Strip, Beaches. Queen Mary, among. Riverside, San Bernardino and all those mountains, Palm Springs all the great stuff. Northern CA? Umm. It think there's a Bridge and and prison? It just not the same. Southern California being it's own state? Yeah this make complete sense.

The distances between the 2 places, always made me wonder why it wasn't like that in the first place.. Even though this seems to be a right and left party argument yet once again. The thought in general is one of the best Ideas I've heard in a long time. Se the full article at the link below.

http://articles.latimes.com/2011/jul/11/local/la-me-south-california-20110711
Accusing Sacramento of pillaging local governments to feed its runaway spending and left-wing policies, a Riverside County politician is proposing a solution: He wants 13 mostly inland, conservative counties to break away to form a separate state of "South California.''
Supervisor Jeff Stone, a Republican pharmacist from Temecula, called California an "ungovernable'' financial catastrophe from which businesses are fleeing and where taxpayers are being crushed by the burden of caring for welfare recipients and illegal immigrants.
On Tuesday, the Riverside County Board of Supervisors will consider Stone's proposal to host a statewide summit for city and county leaders to sketch out a framework for secession.
The politician said he was undaunted by scores of failed similar attempts since the 1800s, saying Californians haven't face such dismal economic times since the Great Depression.
"This has struck a chord with a lot of people in the state who have suffered economically,'' said Stone, adding that he has received thousands of emails supporting his proposal. "We know it's going to be a challenge to form a second state, but it's not a impossible. We're sending a message.''

Revamping Your Drivers License - TIME

Passport USAImage by clappstar via Flickrhttp://www.time.com/time/magazine/article/0,9171,1059044-1,00.html
Let's dispense with the mythology right up front. A driver's license has never been just about driving. When the first ones were issued in the early 1900s, the idea was to collect fees, not to test driving skills. More recently, revoking licenses became a way to punish people who didn't pay child support or, in Wisconsin, shovel snow off their walks. In its most coveted form, the license is proof of age--or of fraud, as the case may be. In college, for example, I was not Amanda Ripley from New Jersey; I was Amanda Jones from California. I lived on Yellowbrick Road and looked suspiciously joyful in the photo, which was taken in the dorm room of an unsavory character to whom I had paid $40.
Congress is expected this week to reinterpret the driver's license yet again. The license will never, of course, be called a national ID card, which evokes jackboots and imperial forces in the minds of many Americans. But the new law would make it function a lot like a national ID that comes in 50 varieties. To begin with, states would have to ensure that everyone who gets an official license is in the U.S. legally. Nine states do not have that requirement, and not all the others verify the authenticity of the immigration documents that they demand. The new law would also mandate certain standard details on licenses, including a digital photo (about 20 states still use regular photos glued in place). And it would require that states store all that information, along with residents' driving histories and points, in a database that every other state could access.
The bill's supporters say it would not establish a national ID card, since no one has to get a driver's license or state ID. That's correct. Such documents are useful only if you need to drive, fly, cash checks, apply for certain jobs or enter federal buildings. If you are a wealthy recluse with liquid assets, it doesn't concern you.
Although countries from France to Singapore have accepted national IDs, the U.S. remains resistant. Never mind that daily movements and decisions are already quite traceable, thanks to Social Security numbers, credit cards, cell phones and toll-booth smart cards. Never mind that 6 out of 10 Americans have been fingerprinted for one reason or another and that 13 states have biometric requirements (like fingerprints) for getting driver's licenses. No one can force us to carry a unified ID card (yet). --Reported by Perry Bacon Jr., Brian Bennett and Viveca Novak/ Washington

Deep Underground Food Storage Facilities

I'm not sure exactly what these facilities are used for, other than food that is. I just can't imagine the size of this thing only being for food alone.  I found a short article on this online the link here below has a couple of videos on it.
Either way. This thing is huge and it's not the only one. The more I look at these videos it reminds of what the Bible talking about the Kings of the Earth hiding in caves. Here is the scripture.
Revelation 6
The Sixth
 Seal—Terror

 12I looked when He broke the sixth seal, and there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth made of hair, and the whole moon became like blood;

13and the stars of the sky fell to the earth, as a fig tree casts its unripe figs when shaken by a great wind. 14The sky was split apart like a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

15Then the kings of the earth and the great men and the commanders and the rich and the strong and every slave and free man hid themselves in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains;

16and they said to the mountains and to the rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the presence of Him who sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb;

17for the great day of their wrath has come, and who is able to stand?”

http://thewarningsigns.blogspot.com/2011/02/deep-underground-food-storage.html
These underground storage facilities are deep underground which tells you that what is being placed in them is meant to be protected from some major catastrophic event on the surface. It makes me ask myself, "what is our government preparing for"?

*** After reviewing some of the e-mails I received on this article I wanted to share some information that was brought to my attention. It appears that the facility in Carthage, Missouri is operated by a company called Americold. Though I do not doubt that this company does indeed use some of the space inside these massive cave facilities it is hard to imagine that they are the only one using them.

I'm not sure where most of these are but they are interesting to see the size of some of these structures.

Gallery: Inside the Secret Space Plane Landing | Danger Room | Wired.com

Se more photos at the link.
http://www.wired.com/dangerroom/2010/12/gallery-inside-the-secret-space-plane-landing?pid=147
spaceplane1

When the Air Force launched its secret, robotic space plane this spring, military officials confessed that they weren't exactly sure when it was coming back. More than seven months later, the X-37B landed at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California, where it was met with Air Force personnel in SCAPE suits (self-contained atmospheric protective ensemble). They gave the robo-orbiter an initial once-over — and made sure the area was safe for humans, too.
Here are the pictures (and infrared video) of the landing, courtesy of U.S. Air Force Space Command.
What the 29-foot-long craft did during all those months in orbit is still a matter of intense speculation. Conspiratorially minded types conjectured that it might be a prototype for an orbiting bomber. Others warned of "a johnny-on-the-spot weapons platform to take out the satellite assets of an enemy."
Prominent members of the Russian military establishment screamed that Moscow needed to build up its own space arsenal, ASAP. The British press, meanwhile, made dark insinuations about "the testing of new laser weapon systems" in space.
Better-informed observers believe the X-37B could be used by the Pentagon as a cheap replacement for the all-but-defunct Space Shuttle — a way to get spy sensors into orbit in a hurry.
And the U.S. military's use of space planes is only getting started. As David Axe noted last week, the Air Force has commissioned a second X-37, to enter service next spring. The first X-37 could find itself back in orbit in short order, as well. Which means we could see more dudes in crazy-looking suits meeting up with robotic spacecraft soon.

Reality? Reason?

Nah, We’ve got Regulatory Authority!

by Guest Blogger, ©Doreen Hannes 2010
Morningland Dairy is the latest attempt by the FDA to fulfill the Healthy People 2020 objective to kill raw dairy. Morningland is owned by Joseph and Denise Dixon, who operate the cheese plant and make raw cheese from cows kept right on the property and managed by one of their eldest daughters. They have 12 children, 4 who still live at home, and they have been actively engaged in real food for decades.  They were caught up in the Rawesome Raid dragnet and many believe the questionable California Dept of Food and Agriculture tests on their cheese are the legal justification for the multi-agency guns drawn raid at Rawesome.

Farm’s Perfect Safety Record Matters Not to Authorities

Morningland Calf and Farmer's Daughter
In the thirty years of Morningland Dairy operations NO ONE has become ill from consuming their products. Yet they have been ordered by the Missouri Milk Board to destroy ALL of their cheese without actual tests being performed on the cheese stock. This is nearly 50,000 pounds of cheese, or approximately $250,000.

Keeping it all one sided isn't really Reality now is it? I'm a big fan of the reality report. But I really think they need to dig deeper on this subject. IT'S NOT About RACE PEOPLE.
Illegal means from all races. Mexico is just the main desert highway for them to come through to Arizona. Need to know more about it?

U.S. Navy Successfully Uses Laser to Shoot Down Drones

Warning for laser beam, symbol D-W010 accordin...Image via Wikipedia
Star Wars is no longer a dream for many. The laser actually works today and is very successful in all the testing it's been used for.

To know that we have this kind of power here in the U.S. should help us feel a bit safer right? Well, anyone that knows even just the movie. Take this and put it in the hands of an Evil ruler and it would seem we all would have a major Empire to fight.
This is a very cool piece of technology. I guess at this point it couldn't have come at a better time.

U.S. Navy Successfully Uses Laser to Shoot Down Drones

The U.S. Navy has used a a laser weapon to shoot down four unmanned aerial vehicles in a test that rings up memories of Ronald Reagan's "Star Wars" missile defense shield in the 1980s.
The successful test of the Laser Weapon System off the coast of California was announced during the Farnborough International Air Show, which is taking place this week in England.
