Two Earthquakes Cause Major Damage in Spain - FoxNews.com

Metropolitan Areas of Spain, 2007 data.Image via Wikipedia The Spanish prime minister's office put the death toll at 10 and the Murcia regional administration said the deaths included a minor and occurred with the second, stronger quake.

MADRID -- Two earthquakes struck southeast Spain in quick succession Wednesday, killing at least seven people, injuring dozens and causing major damage to buildings, officials said.
The epicenter of the quakes -- with magnitudes of 4.4 and 5.2 -- was close to the town of Lorca, and the second came about two hours after the first, an official with the Murcia regional government said on condition of anonymity in line with department policy.
The Murcia regional government said a hospital in Lorca was being evacuated, dozens of injured people were being treated at the scene and a field hospital was being set up. It said the seven deaths included a minor and occurred with the second, stronger quake.
Large chunks of stone and brick fell from the facade of a church in Lorca as Spanish state TV was broadcasting live from the scene. A large church bell was also among the rubble. The broadcaster reported that schoolchildren usually gather at that spot around that time, and if it had happened 10 minutes later, a "tragedy" could have occurred.
Spanish TV showed images of cars that were partially crushed by falling rubble, and large cracks in buildings. Nervous groups of residents gathered in open public places, talking about what happened and calling relatives and friends on their cell phones. An elderly woman appeared to be in shock and was seated in a chair as people tried to calm her.

Here is the French Forecast model as of March 30, 2011 for Cesium 137 ...

http://www.irsn.fr/FR/popup/Pages/irsn-meteo-france_30mars.aspx

FIRST.. this is NOT THE END OF THE WORLD!

in my honest opinion, this is NOT LETHAL.. however the levels are "mid" and "low" range at surface, 2500m, and 5000m ... for gasses NOT detectable by radiation detectors.

here are the links.. you decide for yourself.

Surface levels and high level clouds of Cesium 137, Iodine 131, and Xenon 133, have reached the United States .. showing up in 13 different states rain water according to fox news..

Now this is undeniable, and proved via results shown in the video and linked below.

Now the debate becomes "how much is bad".. .the answer.. lets just say there are NO GOOD AMOUNTS of Cesium, iodine-131, or Xenon - 133

Here is a list of the radioactive particles in the air.

Bloomberg calls for tighter gun control

Hitler enters the German populated Sudetenland...Image via WikipediaNow, I wonder how many didn't see this one coming. Bloomberg calling for more gun control. As I sit here watching the poor people that have lost friends and family over crazy people murdering them. I can't help to think, how many of them got those guns out of a trunk of a car? Or even over a drug deal? What bothers me the most, is there was nobody there with a side arm to help most of those shot.

Anyone who knows anything about calling the police need to be reminded on how long it takes them to respond. 20 minutes? Half hour? Depending on the area an hour or two?

I also tend to reflect on the fact of the old west. When the Native had no guns to help protect themselves and the Aztecs from Spain. Also, Germany in Hitlers time. Banning guns and more strict laws so the people couldn't fight back from Big Government.

Strict and more laws on Guns Do Not stop gun violence whatsoever. There are millions of Guns on the streets. YES, Millions. Strict Gun laws add to the sales on the street. Instead of buying legally the will get them much cheaper and more easily without traces right out of a trunk of a car or through a drug deal.
Making it to where the average law abiding citizen cannot have a way to protect themselves or the families from those who are crazy, or trying to make a quick buck, or over drugs.

I really think more people need to be aware of what is happening here. If your fighting for strict laws to take away the Right to protect ourselves, and our Free Nation. Then what kinda person does that make you?

Our Forefathers saw what happened to their countries when they did this. That is why they wrote the Constitution. That is also why it is the second amendment. It's very sad to have crazy nut cases out there firing weapons at people. It's even worse to never be able to have a way to protect yourself from them.

The more I hear Bloomberg talk. The more of an idiot I find that he is. He don't care! He just wants you to loose your Freedom.
Take a look at this video. Don't you love how they try to doctor it all up?

Nigel Farage to the EU: Who the Hell do You Think You Are?!

Finally somebody out there seems to have their head on straight. The Global control has gone way to far. Will people listen and actually wake up to this fact?

http://www.prisonplanet.com/nigel-farage-to-the-eu-who-the-hell-do-you-think-you-are.html
As we have already said pretty much all of this before, we present it without commentary: “Good morning Mr. van Rompuy, you’ve been in office for one year, and in that time the whole edifice is beginning to crumble, there’s chaos, the money’s running out, I should thank you – you should perhaps be the pinup boy of the euroskeptic movement. But just look around this chamber this morning, look at these faces, look at the fear, look at the anger. Poor Barroso here looks like he’s seen a ghost. They’re beginning to understand that the game is up. And yet in their desperation to preserve their dream, they want to remove any remaining traces of democracy from the system. And it’s pretty clear that none of you have learned anything. When you yourself Mr. van Rompuy say that the euro has brought us stability, I supposed I could applaud you for having a sense of humor, but isn’t this really just the bunker [or banker?] mentality.

The Bilderberg Planning Session Ends: What's Next?

The original advisory opinion was requested by...Image via Wikipedia

  • read more on www.ibrii.com
Be sure to check out the link to see the rest of the story.

  • Forget global warming. It's off the table. The new push from global climate "science" is going to be global COOLING.
How do I know? It was one of the main topics at the Bilderberg 2010 conference June 4-6 in Spain. That's where the movers and shakers in government, politics, finance, industry, labor, education and communications—as the group's own website says—meet in secret for "informal and off-the-record discussion about topics of current concern especially in the fields of foreign affairs and the international economy."

  • These are the New World Order folks. This was their 58th annual meeting
In the coming months expect to hear a lot of talk in the main stream media and out of the fascists in government on the issues of social networking and cyber technology (this has already started—see Kill Switch Would Kill The Internet). A world food crisis of some kind will manifest itself. Medical science will be a hot topic—perhaps another "medical emergency" created by Big Pharma and hyped by the World Health Organization (WHO), much as the false pig flu epidemic of 2009 was. And the solution will enrich select drug companies and WHO researchers.

  • The New World Order folks were dealt a setback when the emails exposing the hoax of global warming were leaked. They thought that was their ticket to one world governance. And a few of them have publicly lamented that so many are awakening to their existence.

  • But they're not done. Cap and Trade is one of their brainchildren, and the BP spill has been like a defibrillator for that atrocity's heart. Obama is promoting open borders—while holding Arizona hostage—and the Russians and Chinese are pushing a global currency. And they know Obama is on board with the Small Arms Treaty (Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has said so) that would effectively eliminate personal ownership of firearms—one of their and the United Nation's main goals. Obama's just got to find a way around that pesky Constitution (can you say Elena Kagan?)
Hold on to your hats. After all the rah-rahs, glad handing and back slapping in Spain, the globalists are once again amped up and the push for global governance is on.

Wishing Greece Had Never Joined the Euro

EuropeImage via Wikipedia

clipped from www.nytimes.com

Now, as Greece’s E.U. partners prepare to bail out the debt-ridden country — the first time that the 16-nation euro zone has needed to rescue one of its members — many critics, inside and outside the country, are wishing that Mr. Papantoniou had lost his bet.

Amid growing concern that the contagion could spread to countries along Europe’s southern tier and even infect the Continent’s banking system, Greece’s turbulent recent history suggests that the crisis is, in many ways, a peculiarly Greek tragedy. It is rooted in an ancient country’s epic profligacy and abetted by the hubris of European leaders whose desire for integration at any cost compelled them to allow political considerations to trump economic realities.

But those in favor of expansion carried the day, arguing that linking countries like Greece, Spain and Portugal to European structures was the best means to modernize their fragile democracies.

Australia faces huge locust plague

Children run through a cloud of locusts

Farmers across the Australian Outback have been warned of a potential explosion of locusts in the coming months, after a plague of millions of the grasshopper-like insects swept across four states earlier this month.

Millions of the quick-breeding and fast-moving insects have damaged crops and caused havoc in country towns by infesting parts of Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia – covering an area of approximately 500,000 square kilometres (190,000 square miles), roughly the size of Spain.

Hundreds of thousands of hectares of crops of early sown wheat and barley as well as pastures and gardens have been eaten by the “widespread infestation” of the native Australian pests, which break out annually and are the bane of the Australian agriculture industry.

However this year’s outbreak could potentially be worse than the devastating plague of 2004
“It’s been quite a few years since inland Australia has seen such good rainfall,”

Turkey's Christians Emboldened after Martyrdom

clipped from www.cbn.com

INSTANBUL, Turkey - Three years ago, a brutal slaying of three Christians in Malatya, Turkey, shook believers there.

Many believed the murders would stop the gospel in the Muslim nation. But a small, vibrant Christian community has worked to ensure that doesn't happen.

The Malatya incident was perhaps the most tragic and brutal murder of Christians in modern-day Turkey.

The horrifying attack has left its mark on the evangelical community.

Pastor Carlos Madrigal says many Turkish believers have received threats over the years, but they never expected to see such an act of violence against fellow believers.

Now, they're much more aware of the risks of being Christian in a Muslim-dominated society.

Risking Lives for Faith

Originally from Spain, Madrigal fought with the Turkish government for years to win recognition for his evangelical church.

It was the first time the Turkish government allowed a foundation to provide legal covering for churches.

Mission impossible: Escape from Europe

clipped from news.yahoo.com

VIENNA – Stranded travelers are piling into buses, trains and high-priced taxis in a frantic scramble to accomplish an increasingly tricky mission: Escape from Europe.

Spain was becoming a dream destination not for its beaches and monuments but simply by virtue of the fact it's one of the few European countries unaffected by the ash cloud drifting across the continent.

Monstrous lines filled the departure terminals at Madrid's Bajaras Airport as people sought a chance to flee — and tempers were fraying.

"I am on the standby list and I am homeless right now," said Roberta Marder, 73, from Tulsa, Oklahoma. "I am here fighting in the line and trying to get a ticket."

Doug Hahn, 36, from Portland, Oregon was settling into his seat Thursday on a New York-bound plane in Amsterdam when the flight was canceled. He and three other stranded travelers rented a car and drove to Madrid — a 16 hour road journey.

Earthquake hits southern Spain; damage said unlikely

clipped from www.cnn.com
t1larg.spain.quake.jpg

(CNN) -- A strong earthquake struck near the Spanish city of Granada early Monday, but at a depth that made damage to the medieval Moorish capital unlikely, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

The magnitude 6.2 earthquake struck at 12:08 a.m. local time Monday (6:08 p.m. Sunday ET), the USGS reported.

It was centered about 24 kilometers (15 miles) southeast of Granada and about 370 kilometers (230 miles) south of Madrid, Spain's capital.

There was no immediate report of damage or injuries from the temblor. The quake's recorded depth of 616 kilometers -- nearly 400 miles -- means little damage is likely, geophysicist Susan Potter told CNN.
