Myanmar nukes? Defector's tale stokes suspicions

North Korea and weapons of mass destructionImage via Wikipediahttp://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/article/ALeqM5hbWihl_TItcqSgTfrxoR5acfPUOg?docId=a3cab99fbb8e4772aaab131280c52150
WASHINGTON (AP) — Among the hundreds of thousands who have fled Myanmar and its tyrannical rulers over the years is a military insider who claims he carried a big secret with him: evidence of a hidden nuclear weapons program.
Defector Sai Thein Win's account of his three years working in two clandestine factories, even with the trove of photos he brought with him, is no smoking gun. It has deepened suspicions, however, that Myanmar's xenophobic military leaders hanker for an atomic deterrent.
His allegations touch on a matter that is bound to resurface as Myanmar, also known as Burma, tries to curry international favor and end sanctions. While human rights and democracy have dominated Western attention to Myanmar, there also have been misgivings about its growing ties with North Korea, a suspected nuclear proliferator that may have exported missile technology to Myanmar.
In late May, a U.S. Navy destroyer intercepted a North Korean ship, suspected to have been carrying a cargo that violated U.N. nonproliferation sanctions, U.S. officials say. A Washington-based foreign diplomat, speaking on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the matter, said the cargo was suspected to have been weapons or missiles headed for Myanmar. The ship turned back to North Korea.
Myanmar has tried to ease international suspicions that it has illicit nuclear programs. Two weeks ago, after a visit by Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., it announced that it was abiding by the U.N. sanctions. The government also said it had halted arrangements for nuclear research with Russia for its educational and health sectors. It said the "international community may misunderstand Myanmar over the issue."

9-12-09 Protest in Washington, DC

http://912dc.dhwritings.com
Be sure to see the link for the full page of all this.

As Americans rise up throughout the entire United States. The Government and the News Media is still ignoring the facts. They are ignoring the American People. The are very reluctant to even show how many are tired of all the lies and junk that they keep on pulling. The Signs and the voices of the People. Not the Parties must be heard. Be sure to see the site at the link above to see the rest of them.

9/12 Protest — Washington, DC

A pictorial view of the massive protest by Americans on September 12, 2009

Non-Partisan Views and Protests

Many commentators who weren’t at the protest claimed that the participants were die-hard stereotypical Republicans targeting the Democratic party.  Were they to see images such as these, they might have looked for the facts before letting loose with their naysaying words.

Plenty of protesters regard both parties as betraying their offices.

On a sign with two variations on its two sides, one protester depicts President Obama and his 2008 Republican challenger Senator McCain as playing a game of “Good Cop / Bad Cop.”  The two politicians take turns at being “Good Cop” whenever the side is rotated.  The image of McCain as “Bad Cop” shows the Republican with an ugly cruel scowl (unfortunately not captured by my camera).

The Protesters Are Not Who The Media Say They Are

One protester announced himself as all four of the following combined into one person: gay, conservative, proud, American.

Do you tire of reading commentary saying that critics of the Democratic Party agenda are racist?  These protesters knew that this is not what motivates them, and used their signs to express this message.  (The second sign above is yet another protester who is not a Republican.)

Two variations on the old MasterCard ad slogan.  The second photos cuts off the bottom of the sign: it goes on to say “Freedom PRICELESS.”

The Vast National Debt

With the United States national debt on course to reach a percentage of GDP not seen since World War II — and alarming news stories projecting that foreign investors will soon be unwilling to buy American securities — several protesters highlighted the alarming (and ever-increasing) amount.

$5 billion per day (that’s $5,000,000,000) amounts to about $16 per American per day — $16 for every man, woman, child, senior citizen, housewife, loafing brother-in-law, whatever.  For every person not earning, there’s that much more to be repaid by earners.

This chart of “Average Federal Spending per Household by Administration” shows scary amounts incurred in the past — and the big increase by the new occupant of the White House.

McCain 'Disturbed' by Obama's View of American Power

clipped from newsmax.com

Sen. John McCain tells Newsmax that he was “very disturbed” by President Barack Obama’s statement that America remains a dominant military superpower “whether we like it or not.”

At the close of the two-day nuclear weapons summit in Washington, D.C., on April 13, Obama said that the United States must do its best to resolve conflicts around the world before they grow too serious.

"It is a vital national security interest of the United States to reduce these conflicts because whether we like it or not, we remain a dominant military superpower, and when conflicts break out, one way or another we get pulled into them."

McCain tells Newsmax.TV: “I was very disturbed by the president’s statement that the United States remains the world’s premier superpower, military power, ‘whether we like it or not.’

Asked if he has any idea why the president appears apologetic about America’s role in the world, the Arizona Republican says simply: “No, I don’t.”

Hayworth: 'Birther bill' doesn't go far enough

If Obama is not a natural-born citizen, he is ineligible to be president under the Constitution.

The White House ripped the birther bill as a waste of time and money. "I can't imagine Arizona voters think their tax dollars are well-served by a Legislature that is less focused on their lives than in fringe right-wing radio conspiracy theories," spokesman Bill Burton said to CNN.

Hayworth, who has cited the possibility of "identity theft" as a reason to want to see President Barack Obama's birth certificate, said the Arizona measure is "too narrowly drawn" because it would force only presidential candidates to produce evidence of their citizenship and other qualifications. Hayworth is a former GOP congressman and radio talk-show host who is challenging incumbent Sen. John McCain

, R-Ariz., in the Aug. 24 primary.

"It's real simple: We now require voters to offer proof that voters are who they say they are," Hayworth said Friday at a news conference in Phoenix. "If we're asking that of voters, shouldn't we ask candidates for every office on the ballot to be able to offer proof that they are who they say they are?"

The state House on Wednesday voted 31-29 to pass the legislation that would require all presidential hopefuls seeking access to Arizona's ballot to provide to the Arizona Secretary of State's
Office proof that the candidate is a natural-born citizen,

DC Knows that Obama is Ineligible for Office

Note that the language which certifies that Barack Hussein Obama meets all constitutional qualifications is missing in the DNC documents filed in 49 of the 50 states. The certification of constitutional qualification for the office of president was filed only in Hawaii. That text is missing in the DNC certification filings for all other states.

Whereas the RNC filed the exact same certification document, including the constitutional text for John McCain in all 50 states, Obama was technically certified in only one state, Hawaii. A mere inconvenient technicality, I’m sure…

imageMembers from all three branches of the Federal government already know that Barack Hussein Obama is ineligible for the office of President. National leaders, to include members of the US Supreme Court, already know that Barack Hussein Obama is not a “natural born citizen” of the United States of America, and therefore, is ineligible for the office he currently holds. (See JB’s new article on The Bottom Line on Natural Born Citizen)

What they don’t know is how long it will take for most Americans to figure it out, or what to do about it.

Michelle Obama states that Kenya is Barack’s “home country.” She knows, after twenty years with Barack. The Ambassador or Kenya has confirmed the same  His family friends all know it, and are in fact quite proud of the fact that Americans had no hesitation in electing a “black man from Kenya” as President of the United States.

A number of citizens have already been arrested and jailed for asking these questions.

Sarah Palin has President Obama in her sights, telling FoxNews.com she "would be willing" to challenge him in the 2012 presidential race.

"I would be willing to if I believe that it's right for the country," Palin said when asked if she would run for president in 2012.

"In the campaign, we tried to bring attention to the fact that Obama had really not a lot of experience. And I do say that my executive experience, as an administrator, as a team manager if you will was, and so was John McCain's as a matter of fact, was stronger and we had more experience than Barack Obama did in terms of managing huge multi-billion dollar budgets and thousands of employees ...¦ and that hasn't changed," Palin said.
