US has Launched a New Assault Against Russia, Russian Embassy Attack: Terrorism Or Act of War?

If someone had the impression that the visit of Secretary of State John Kerry to the town of Sochi, followed by negotiations with Victoria Nuland, his deputy in Moscow, could be regarded as first steps in the direction of normalization of US-Russian relations, they would be deeply mistaken. In short, Washington, particularly the Obama administration, is trying to solve its problems at the expense or rather with the help of Russia, to ensure the victory of Hillary Clinton in the upcoming elections. However, the United States continues to apply pressure on Russia, using a variety of different strategies.
Special attention is now paid to Syria and the weakened regime of Bashar al-Assad in the face of a new armed assault against Damascus. The attempts to trade the support of Syria for a number of concessions on Ukraine and Crimea allegedly made by John Kerry failed. Then Americans attempted blackmail, which is the strategy of choice for Washington in the countries that resist its dictate. On May 19 the Russian embassy in Syria was shelled by militants, presumably Jaysh al-Islam, which resulted in one of the shells exploding in the main building of the diplomatic mission. Fortunately, there was nobody there in the room destroyed by the explosion. Immediately after the attack the State Department swiftly condemned this act of terrorism. But we all are well aware of the fact that the “southern front” operating in the suburbs of the Syrian capital is controlled by Jordan with a certain amount of US assistance, unlike the “northern front” guided by Turkey and Saudi Arabia. The shelling of the Russian embassy – is clearly a signal to Russia that it should abandon its support of the Syrian regime.

Russian Embassy Attack: Terrorism Or Act of War?

On Tuesday, May 19th the Russian consulate in Damascus suffered another attack by NATO proxy forces trying to overthrow the government of Syria. The Russian Foreign Ministry responded with a statement condemning the attack as an act of “terrorism” and asked the “international community” to respond to the attack and urged “all parties enjoying influence on extremists in Syria to demand they immediately stop such actions.”
But was this an act of terrorism or an act of war? Let’s examine what an act of terrorism is. It is an attack on civilians by individuals or small groups with the objective of creating terror in the population in order to achieve political purposes. An attack on a military post or an attack on a military unit are not acts of terrorism, but are acts of war. The shelling of a foreign embassy by organised armed units engaged in a war is not an act of terrorism either. It is an attack on the foreign state itself and therefore is an act of war and meant as such.
And who is this mysterious “international community” they refer to? Well, everyone who is not blind, deaf and dumb knows it is the United States of America and its lieutenants in crime who are engaged in the war against Syria; Britain, France, Canada, Jordan, Turkey, Israel and Saudi Arabia. It is not a matter of these countries “enjoying influence” as the Foreign Ministry stated but a matter of their direct support and control of the forces that attacked the consulate.

Russia Deployed Nuclear-Capable Gear, NATO Commander Says

Russia Deployed Nuclear-Capable Gear, NATO Commander Says

Russia has deployed equipment during the conflict in eastern Ukraine that can be used for nuclear weapons, NATO’s top military commander said.
While there’s no “direct evidence” that the Kremlin has made deployments of nuclear arms, U.S. Air Force General Philip Breedlove said on Thursday, “that does not mean that they may not have happened.”
“Lots of the systems that the Russians use to deliver nuclear weapons are dual-use systems -- they can be either conventional or nuclear -- and some of those systems are deployed,” Breedlove said.
Violence has continued in Ukraine’s easternmost regions despite a cease-fire agreed to in February, with NATO accusing Russian President Vladimir Putin of deliberately destabilizing the area following Russia’s annexation of Crimea last year.

TEHRAN | Wed Jun 29, 2011 1:31pm IST
(Reuters) - Iran has tested a new radar system, a military commander said on Wednesday, as part of a show of strength it hopes will warn Israel and the United States against any attack. On day three of a 10-day military exercise, Amir Ali Hajizadeh, head of the Revolutionary Guards' aerospace division, said the new radar system, called Ghadir, was used for the first time.
"The Ghadir radar has been designed and built to detect airborne targets, radar-evading planes, cruise and ballistic missiles and low-orbit satellites," he was quoted as saying by the student news agency ISNA.
The radar has a range of 1,100 km (680 miles) and a height of 300 km (190 miles), he said.

Elam/Iran in the Latter-Days
Jeremiah 49:38 And I will set my throne in Elam, and will destroy from thence the king and the princes, saith the LORD.
Introduction
I first published this article in August 2010.
Update: Russia: Iran Bushehr nuke plant likely running by August 06/27/11 It is coming down to the wire with Iran's nuclear reactor. How long will Israel allow Iran to use the reactor before Israel attempts to destroy it? This reactor sits on top of powerful earthquake zone, so maybe the Holy God of Israel will destroy it with an earthquake.Something has to happen quickly with this reactor.
"Iran's Russian-built nuclear power plant is likely to become fully operational in early August, Russian news agencies quoted a senior diplomat as saying on Monday. Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said the plant, which Russia has built near the Persian Gulf city of Bushehr in a $1 billion deal dating back to the 1990s, is finished and can begin providing electricity soon, state-run RIA reported."
A second warning was issued to the extreme danger of the Bushehr nuclear reactor. It is in a very earthquake prone area and could end up like the Fukushima reactor in Japan. I added an earthquake map, so you can see the reactor sits in an intense quake zone.  Iran ignores earthquake warning at nuclear plant 05/23/11 "The Daily Telegraph report warned that the "seismic danger to Iran" and the reactor could create a disaster scene similar to that of Fukushima, Japan, the site of a Japanese reactor that was crippled after March's tsunami hit. Iran lies on one of the world's most unstable earthquake zones."
This is the first warning that I posted: Saudi Arabia: Second Fukushima if Iranian Bushehr activated in May 04/12/11 "Saudi and Kuwait officials have warned the US that if Iran activates its first nuclear reactor at Bushehr in May as planned, there is a good chance it will blow up and the entire Gulf region suffer a nuclear disaster on  the scale of the misfortune at Japan's Fukushima and expose millions to radiation contamination."
According to the Bible as the Day of the LORD approaches, something drastic is going to happen to drive the people out of this section of Iran. I think that it is possible the Bushehr nuclear reactor will melt down like the Fukushima nuclear plant in Japan and cause a mass exodus from this area of Iran. Saudi Arabia is warning this might happen!
Teaching
Elam is an ancient geographical location mentioned in the Bible. Today its location would be mainly in Iran with a small section in Iraq. It bordered with the ancient Babylonian Empire. The actual location of Elam would be the very northern end of the Persian Gulf and down along with the west coast of Iran. Today one of the main sections of ancient Elam would include Bushehr Province with the capital city of Bushehr. On a map of the Persian Gulf, Bushehr would be directly across from Kuwait.
                        Elam is in Red

Bushehr is very important today because it is the location of Iran’s nuclear facility and has the attention of the world. Thus, the physical location of ancient Elam is critical today.
It is feared that Iran would use this plant to help build nuclear weapons to destroy Israel and threaten other nations. Israel has stated that it will not allow Iran to become a nuclear power, and it is very possible Israel will attack Iran to destroy this nuclear complex at Bushehr. It is also possible that World War 3 could start over the Bushehr nuclear plant. Thus, ancient Elam has become a focal point in dealing with Israel and fits directly into God’s prophetic plan as the world heads toward the day of the LORD.
 Modern Location of Bushehr
In the Bible, the word Elam seldom appears. The name was derived from Noah’s grandson from Shem (Genesis 10:22). In Genesis 14, a battle is recorded between Abraham and a confederation of Kings. Chedorlaomer was listed as the king of Elam and part of the battle. In Isaiah 11:11, Elam is listed as one of the locations the Jews will return from just prior to the Second Coming of the Lord Jesus. In Daniel 8, the prophet was in Elam.

Myanmar nukes? Defector's tale stokes suspicions

North Korea and weapons of mass destructionImage via Wikipediahttp://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/article/ALeqM5hbWihl_TItcqSgTfrxoR5acfPUOg?docId=a3cab99fbb8e4772aaab131280c52150
WASHINGTON (AP) — Among the hundreds of thousands who have fled Myanmar and its tyrannical rulers over the years is a military insider who claims he carried a big secret with him: evidence of a hidden nuclear weapons program.
Defector Sai Thein Win's account of his three years working in two clandestine factories, even with the trove of photos he brought with him, is no smoking gun. It has deepened suspicions, however, that Myanmar's xenophobic military leaders hanker for an atomic deterrent.
His allegations touch on a matter that is bound to resurface as Myanmar, also known as Burma, tries to curry international favor and end sanctions. While human rights and democracy have dominated Western attention to Myanmar, there also have been misgivings about its growing ties with North Korea, a suspected nuclear proliferator that may have exported missile technology to Myanmar.
In late May, a U.S. Navy destroyer intercepted a North Korean ship, suspected to have been carrying a cargo that violated U.N. nonproliferation sanctions, U.S. officials say. A Washington-based foreign diplomat, speaking on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the matter, said the cargo was suspected to have been weapons or missiles headed for Myanmar. The ship turned back to North Korea.
Myanmar has tried to ease international suspicions that it has illicit nuclear programs. Two weeks ago, after a visit by Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., it announced that it was abiding by the U.N. sanctions. The government also said it had halted arrangements for nuclear research with Russia for its educational and health sectors. It said the "international community may misunderstand Myanmar over the issue."

Putin: NATO coalition has no right to kill Gadhafi msnbc.com

TRIPOLI. With leader of the Libyan Revolution ...Image via Wikipediahttp://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/42760650/ns/world_news-mideast/n_africa
Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin sharply criticized the Western coalition attacking Libya on Tuesday, saying it had neither a right nor a mandate to kill Moammar Gadhafi.
Putin said the coalition had gone beyond the bounds of a U.N. Security Council resolution authorizing intervention to protect civilians and suggested Gadhafi's actions did not justify foreign interference, let alone attempts to remove him.
"They said they didn't want to kill Gadhafi. Now some officials say, yes, we are trying to kill Gadhafi," Putin said on a visit to Denmark. "Who permitted this, was there any trial? Who took on the right to execute this man, no matter who he is?"
Putin spoke as Britain and the United States discussed stepping up military pressure on Gadhafi, who has survived more than a month of NATO air strikes.

"The country's whole infrastructure is being destroyed, and in essence one of the warring sides is attacking under the cover of aircraft," Putin said at a news conference after talks with his Danish counterpart Prime Minister Lars Lokke Rasmussen.
"When the entire so-called civilized community falls upon a small country with all its might, destroys infrastructure created over generations -- I don't know, is that good or not?" Putin said. "I don't like it."
Shortly after Putin spoke, Libyan state news agency Jana said Libya had urged Russia to call an emergency meeting of the U.N. Security Council to discuss "Western aggression."
In Moscow, Russia's Foreign Ministry said nobody was available to comment on the report.
Putin called Gadhafi's Libya "crooked" but said that did not justify intervention.

National Chip ID Card For American Citizens: ID Act Effective On May 11, 2011 « BUNKERVILLE

U.S. Department of Homeland Security Official ...Image via WikipediaI can't count how many posts I have posted on this one. Here it comes and looks like it's a full force this time. Are you ready?
http://bunkerville.wordpress.com/2011/03/01/national-chip-id-card-for-american-citizens-id-act-effective-on-may-11-2011
The real ID Act is going to go into effect on May 11, 2011.
As of May 11, all driver’s licenses across the United States will be required to conform to federal national security standards.  In essence, our licenses are now going to be federalized. UPDATE: Russia just decided too that this is a swell idea! Rian.RU
A Fox News article from a couple weeks ago confirmed that these “national ID cards” will be required to board airplanes and enter federal buildings…. Put this together with  our earlier story: the DNA from eveyone at points of entry and it is complete: TSA to Start Collecting our DNA at Points of Entry
States must be in compliance by May with the regulations laid out in the 2005 REAL ID Act. The law, a recommendation of the Sept. 11 commission that investigated the 2001 terror attacks, creates a national security standard for state-issued identification cards to be used for purposes like boarding airplanes and entering federal buildings.
Of course the Department of Homeland Security insists that the Real ID Act is just here to “help” us and to make life “better” and “more secure”.  According to their website, some of the goals of the Real ID Act are “to help prevent terrorism, reduce fraud, and improve the reliability and accuracy of personal identification documents.”
From the government on the type of chip to be used: www.gpo.gov
Now, there is no debate as to whether or not the card will contain a chip that is capable of tracking people, the only debate has been around which tracking technology better suits their needs. Here are a few quotes again from the official government document:
“ DHS also invites comments on how States would or could incorporate a separate WHTI- compliant technology, such as an RFID-enabled vicinity chip technology, in addition to the REAL ID PDF417 barcode requirement.”

China, Russia quit dollar

St. Petersburg, Russia - China and Russia have decided to renounce the US dollar and resort to using their own currencies for bilateral trade, Premier Wen Jiabao and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin announced late on Tuesday.

Chinese experts said the move reflected closer relations between Beijing and Moscow and is not aimed at challenging the dollar, but to protect their domestic economies.
"About trade settlement, we have decided to use our own currencies," Putin said at a joint news conference with Wen in St. Petersburg.
The two countries were accustomed to using other currencies, especially the dollar, for bilateral trade. Since the financial crisis, however, high-ranking officials on both sides began to explore other possibilities.
The yuan has now started trading against the Russian rouble in the Chinese interbank market, while the renminbi will soon be allowed to trade against the rouble in Russia, Putin said.
"That has forged an important step in bilateral trade and it is a result of the consolidated financial systems of world countries," he said.
Putin made his remarks after a meeting with Wen. They also officiated at a signing ceremony for 12 documents, including energy cooperation.
The documents covered cooperation on aviation, railroad construction, customs, protecting intellectual property, culture and a joint communiqu. Details of the documents have yet to be released.
Putin said one of the pacts between the two countries is about the purchase of two nuclear reactors from Russia by China's Tianwan nuclear power plant, the most advanced nuclear power complex in China.
Putin has called for boosting sales of natural resources - Russia's main export - to China, but price has proven to be a sticking point.
Russian Deputy Prime Minister Igor Sechin, who holds sway over Russia's energy sector, said following a meeting with Chinese representatives that Moscow and Beijing are unlikely to agree on the price of Russian gas supplies to China before the middle of next year.
Russia is looking for China to pay prices similar to those Russian gas giant Gazprom charges its European customers, but Beijing wants a discount. The two sides were about $100 per 1,000 cubic meters apart, according to Chinese officials last week.
