Amnesty is here and jackpot justice

The Obama regime is thumbing its nose at Congress and creating a defacto amnesty, much like the DREAM Act, which Congress rejected.

 The Obama administration announced Thursday that it would launch a case-by-case review of illegal immigrants slated for deportation, in a move that could grant a reprieve to so-called DREAM Act beneficiaries and thousands of others. 
The DREAM Act is a proposal in Congress to give illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. as children a chance at legal status if they complete two years of college or military service. Though the bill has not passed, supporters and critics alike suggested Thursday's announcement could serve to unilaterally carry out its provisions.
 A spokeswoman with the Federation for American Immigration Reform described the new policy as "blanket amnesty."

 According to the Washington Times, Justice will begin looking at cases on a case by case basis.  In other words, they are looking for reasons to legalize illegals.

 The Homeland Security Department said Thursday it will halt deportation proceedings on a case-by-case basis against illegal immigrants who meet certain criteria such as attending school, having family in the military or are primarily responsible for other family members’ care.
The move, announced in letters to Congress, won immediate praise from Hispanic activists and Democrats who had chided President Obama for months for the pace of deportations and had argued he had authority to exempt broad swaths of illegal immigrants from deportation.
“Today’s announcement shows that this president is willing to put muscle behind his words and to use his power to intervene when the lives of good people are being ruined by bad laws,” said Rep. Luis V. Gutierrez, Illinois Democrat.
In the letters to Congress, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said her department and the Justice Department will review all ongoing cases and see who meets the new criteria on a case-by-case basis.
“This case-by-case approach will enhance public safety,” she said. “Immigration judges will be able to more swiftly adjudicate high priority cases, such as those involving convicted felons.”
The new rules apply to those who have been apprehended and are in deportation proceedings, but have not been officially ordered out of the country by a judge. Miss Napolitano said a working group will try to come up with “guidance on how to provide for appropriate discretionary consideration” for “compelling cases” in those instances where someone has already been ordered deported.
It was unclear how many people might be affected by the new rules, though in fiscal year 2010 the government deported nearly 200,000 illegal immigrants who it said did not have criminal records.

 This is the first move by a desperate Obama regime.  They see the poll numbers and unless they do something, they know Obama will not see a second term.  Amnesty they believe will deliver the Hispanic vote.  Given the history in the Democratic Party of election fraud, do not be surprised if some of these illegals who receive amnesty suddenly vote in next year’s election, whether they are eligible to or not.

D.C. rally boldly blasts Obama as 'fraud'

A rally today at the U.S. Capitol pulled no punches in declaring President Barack Obama an "imposter" and "fraud" who should resign before a constitutional crisis of his own making rips apart the nation.
The rally was called by Philip Berg, a Pennsylvania attorney who runs the ObamaCrimes.com website and was the first to sue over allegations Obama is constitutionally ineligible to occupy the Oval Office.
"The main thrust of the rally," Berg told WND, "was to get out the continuing message that Obama is a phony, a fraud, an imposter, and [his eligibility to serve as president] is the biggest hoax committed against the U.S. in 234 years."
Berg believes there is enough evidence, both hard and circumstantial, to justify an investigation into whether or not Obama is a "natural-born citizen" as required by the Constitution to serve as president. Berg is looking for a court with "the guts" to demand Obama provide proof of his eligibility.
Berg told WND that though the crowd, which he estimated at a couple of hundred, was smaller than anticipated, he still considered the event a success – in part, because of what he hopes it will inspire.
"The feedback we received was that the attendees are going to go back and spread the word," he said. "Groups of six or so are planning to get together at intersections with signs that read, 'Where's the birth certificate?' At rush hour, those six people can get the message out to thousands."

Oil Spill Brings Chris Matthews's Socialist Side Out

Obama has already nationalized healthcare to a certain degree, he is in the process of nationalizing the banks, and he nationalized the auto industry (so the taxpayer could pay the union pensions).  What's next, nationalizing the energy industry with a sham of a bill that kills jobs and helps allies of President Obama reap huge profits in a carbon exchange scheme.  Oh wait, they're working on that one now in Congress.  If you really care about the "people" you should stop misleading them with your socialist garbage and start talking about the success stories of capitalism. Democrats: BELIEVE in biometric Social Security cards

Dubbed Biometric Enrollment, Locally-stored Information, and Electronic Verification of Employment, or BELIEVE, the card would be required to verify permanent residence when starting a new job. The Democrat-sponsored proposal would have the Social Security Administration issuing biometric cards 18 months after the law is passed. “These cards will be fraud-resistant, tamper-resistant, wear resistant, and machine-readable social security cards containing a photograph and an electronically coded micro-processing chip which possesses a unique biometric identifier for the authorized card-bearer,” states the conceptual proposal for immigration reform. The card would replace Homeland Security’s E-Verify system

Dems Spark Alarm with Call for National ID Card

It would require all workers across the nation to carry a card with a digital encryption key that would have to match work authorization databases. "The cardholder's identity will be verified by matching the biometric identifier stored within the microprocessing chip on the card to the identifier provided by the cardholder that shall be read by the scanner used by the employer," states the Democratic legislative proposal.

ACLU blasts national ID card proposal

This is what not only Hispanics and all other races should be fighting against. But All Americans and every Nation on the face of this planet.
This is all about tagging you and me to be tracked and told what each one of us can and cannot do. Like get a job. AZ's new law just show the people that we don't need this to run. Yet so many are mad cause the Media tells them to be? Yet this is slipping right through the enire nation and the rest of the World and Nobody says a word? How twisted is this world we live in? If this passes. Does anyone actually think there will be any kind of individual rights anymore? Let alone. Being able to come and go as we please?
Not only did Obama get all the poor Hispanic families riled up about the wrong laws being passed in Arizona, But this is what he is doing behind the scenes. With AZ's new law, We will not need this card.

Is a biometric, national ID card an immigration game changer?

What so many don't seem to realize is that Arizona's new Law just made this plan a major problem. Arizona shows us that we don't need a Governmental National Biometric RFID Card. To do something in America. Like or not. This Biometric ID will soon become a chip in body once people realize that an RFID card is very easily hacked. No matter what they try to tell you.
Look it up. Positive ID.

Pages 8 through 18 are devoted to "ending illegal employment through biometric employment verification." I don't think the Democrats are going to like me calling this a biometric national ID card, as they go to great lengths to say that it is not a national ID card, and make it "unlawful for any person, corporation; organization local, state, or federal law enforcement officer; local or state government; or any other entity to require or even ask an individual cardholder to produce their social security card for any purpose other than electronic verification of employment eligibility and verification of identity for Social Security Administration purposes." But it's still a biometric national ID card. It's handed out by the Social Security Administration and employers are required to check it when hiring new employees. Essentially, if you want to participate in the American economy, you need this card.

In the remainder of this century urban population will double, city land will double, and we will have to build homes, highways, and facilities equal to all those built since this country was first settled. So in the next 40 years we must re-build the entire urban United States.

Taxed Enough Already!

clipped from theeconomiccollapseblog.com Most Americans don't even realize how many kinds of taxes they pay.  Before reading the rest of this article, try to estimate how many different kinds of taxes that Americans pay each year.  Five?  Ten?  Twenty?  Well, below we have listed over 50 different kinds of taxes that Americans pay.  It is no wonder the Tea Party movement is growing so fast!  "We Are Being Taxed Enough Already!" When you add all the taxes together, a significant percentage of Americans end up paying well over 50 percent of their income in taxes of one form or another. And the list above does not even include all of the new taxes that are in the new health care law that was just rammed down the throats of the American people. When you add up all the taxes in that bill, it amounts to the largest tax increase in the history of the United States. The truth is that unless we vote out all of the Republicans and all of the Democrats that have been taxing us to death, they will keep right on doing it.

Wyoming: Any agent of the U.S. who “enforces or attempts to enforce” federal gun rules on a “personal firearm” faces conviction.

clipped from www.tactical-life.com Wyoming has joined a growing list of states with self-declared exemptions from federal gun regulation of weapons made, bought and used inside state borders – but lawmakers in the Cowboy State have taken the issue one step further, adopting significant penalties for federal agents attempting to enforce Washington’s rules. According to a law signed into effect yesterday by Democratic Gov. Dave Freudenthal, any agent of the U.S. who “enforces or attempts to enforce” federal gun rules on a “personal firearm” in Wyoming faces a felony conviction and a penalty of up to two years in prison and up to $2,000 in fines. WND reported just days ago when Utah became the third state, joining Montana and Tennessee, to adopt an exemption from federal regulations for weapons built, sold and kept within state borders. A lawsuit is pending over the Montana law, which was the first to go into effect.
