EU vote ban on migrants: 1.5m foreigners in Britain barred from in-out referendum

MOST European Union migrants living in Britain will be barred from voting in the in-out referendum.

David Cameron will meet with Jean-Claude Juncker todayGETTY
David Cameron will meet with Jean-Claude Juncker today
The move, revealed today, will exclude an estimated 1.5 million people from taking part in the crunch vote.
It answers a fear raised by the UK Independence Party and others that letting European migrants cast ballots could skew the result in favour of Britain staying in.
David Cameron has also set his face against allowing 16 and 17-year-olds to vote – another victory for Eurosceptics who warned younger people are most likely to be pro-European.
The moves come as Mr Cameron prepares to entertain EU Commission president Jean- Claude Juncker tonight at the Prime Minister’s official Chequers residence.

Allowing EU citizens to vote in our referendum would have been an unacceptable dilution of the voice of the British people
Eurosceptic Tory MP Dr Liam Fox
With Mr Cameron’s re-election on a pro-referendum platform, as well as the four million votes secured by Ukip on May 7, the Prime Minister will tell EU leaders this week that Europe is a live issue across Britain.
Other European figures have already suggested that Mr Cameron’s surprise election win and certainty now that he will hold his referendum by the end of 2017 means they must take seriously his demands for reform.
Legislation paving the way for Britain’s first EU referendum since 1975 and confirming the decision on who can vote will be introduced in Parliament on Thursday.
It will be the centrepiece of Wednesday’s Queen’s Speech.

Sheriff Plans to Build Armed Posse to Fight Illegal Immigration

Well since the Government, News Media and our own President can't seem to think that Freedom is an important matter for Arizona, It good to see that at least someone has the guts to find people who will. Those who think it's all about race. I really feel sorry for you. It's people like you is the main reason we are in this mess.

Fact, Drug runners and Cartels are armed and very dangerous in all the border states down here. Fact. Child trafficking, and abuse is wide spread throughout the borders, let alone the countless murders of those home and land owners that also live down by the borders is at an all time high and continues.
Fact, It is not just those for Mexico coming across these borders. Millions come from Mid Eastern countries who are Islamic Radicals creating yet more terrorist cells Throughout all America, all by walking right through these borders with no fences or walls to stop them from coming in.

Fact the President and our Government and the News Media for some reason is totally ignoring every one of these and convincing many more to ignore all this as well. We live in America. If you want to remain a Free Nation. You may want to wake up to these facts. You may even have to stand up and fight for it. Like so many others have had to do in the past.

It's nice to see someone who actually will.

Obama's Illegal Aunt:

Immigrants entering the United States through ...Image via WikipediaI have had some very interesting conversations lately about Immigration and the laws of Arizona. I wanted to share a few things on why its such a big deal. As so many people have followed the SEIU's claims that its all about race. I would like to show you all what it is really about. Watch these videos and see how much things are being misused and on Tax payers money.
Also, the American People who are citizens have less of a chance to get any help in this Country that what is for some of these that have no citizenship whatsoever.
I've worked hard in the past paying into these services. When I lost work I am all of sudden not eligible. The number 1 reason for being ineligible? Because We Are Married!
No joke, This is exactly what we were told time and time again.  We might qualify if my wife was to leave me though. Now answer me this. Why is it so easy for them. Non Citizens, But those of us born here cannot get any help even though we pay for it?
Watch the video and see how it really is here.
What really ticks me off about this is the False claim of Jesus Christ she claims here. Knowing Jesus does not mean still other peoples money to live. I'm sorry it don't work that way.

http://www.StandWithArizona.com Zeituni Onyango's arrogance and contempt for America is breathtaking. She came illegally, lived in public housing for years, collected welfare, even got $51k in disability. And still she is angry at America. This case is beyond depressing. And it underlines what many eople see today: that in the old days, immigrants came to America to lend a hand to our growing nation. But far too many today merely come for a handout. And their arrogance and sense of entitlement is a symptom of the broken borders and lawlessness we have permitted, which lets anybody in, asks nothing of them, and gives charity to the lazy while so many deserving citizens are forgotten. And where is the multi-millionaire Obama in all this? His Aunt, whom he spoke lovingly about in his book, STILL does not work, STILL receives disability, still claims to have "no money".

Mexican Government Proves to be Supreme Hypocrite

USA Mexico Border FenceImage by xomiele via Flickr

http://www.thenewamerican.com/index.php/world-mainmenu-26/north-america-mainmenu-36/4666-mexican-government-proves-to-be-supreme-hypocrite
Raul Diaz of the Mexican Superintendence of Tax Administration confirmed this week that the Mexican government intends to build a wall along the Mexican/Guatemalan border. Diaz claims that the official purpose of the wall is to prevent the passage of contraband, but has also admitted “It could also prevent the free passage of illegal immigrants.”
Defending the decision to construct the wall, Mexico’s National Commission on Human Rights states that 500,000 people from Central America cross into Mexico illegally every year.
The proposal to construct the wall appears to go against the principles held by Mexican President Felipe Calderon, who, when speaking out against the state of Arizona for its tough immigration measure, remarked, “Criminalizing immigration, which is a social economic phenomena, this way opens the door to intolerance, hate, and discrimination. My government cannot and will not remain indifferent when these kinds of policies go against human rights.”
Apparently, Calderon's views on border control are relative.
Dave Gibson of The Examiner notes the hypocrisy in the Mexican government’s sudden change of heart as the Mexican authorities have long criticized the United States for the construction of a fence along a United States/Mexican border. Likewise, Mexico asserts that the passage of 500,000 people from Central America into Mexico is an appropriate reason for a fence, but that many people annually cross into the state of Arizona alone. Yet, that has not stopped Mexico from criticizing Arizona for the introduction of its immigration law, Senate Bill 1070.
Of course, this is not the first time the American people have encountered hypocrisy from the Mexican government regarding illegal immigration. In an article entitled “How Mexico Treats Its Illegal Aliens,” conservative writer Michelle Malkin outlined Mexico’s treatment of illegal aliens, which could be dubbed “intolerant, hateful, and discriminatory,” in the words of Calderon. Mexico demands a number of things from its illegals, particularly that they contribute to the “economic and social interests” of the country, while not upsetting “the equilibrium of the national demographics.” But can’t that be construed as a form of racial and ethnic profiling — the same over which the Mexican government articulated concerns when Arizona passed its immigration law?

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC is releasing a video clip today that shows an illegal alien supporter in Arizona claiming that shovels and axes will be used against Americans just prior to the riot where police officers and American citizens were assaulted by the mob protesting SB 1070.

"We will not stop! We will take up our shovels and pickaxes and we...we will use them against you! Believe that!" screams an opponent of Arizona's tough new bill addressing illegal immigration.
Several organizers supporting the opponents of the bill can be seen trying to stop illegal alien supporters from accosting American citizens that support SB 1070.
Despite intense efforts by illegal alien organizers and police to keep the angry crowd back, a large Hispanic male in a red sport jersey that reads "Warner 13" tries to push past handlers and another voice screams " (garbled) you can't argue with a puto!"
The Urban Dictionary defines a puto as a "Spanish word for a male prostitute. sometimes it´s offensive for homosexuals. in Mexico it is used for cowards and traitors"
Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) is circulating this video to the nation via national press release today. The video is also being sent to ALIPAC's 30,000 national supporters for comment and circulation with encouragements for activists to send copies to state and Federal lawmakers.
ALIPAC is also issuing an advisory to law enforcement agencies across America in anticipation of the May 1 illegal alien protest scheduled nationally by Congressman Luis Gutierrez and the National Council of La Raza (The Race).
"We just want to make sure that our police agencies in these towns and cities where similar groups of angry illegal alien supporters plan to gather on May 1, are fully and properly informed," said William Gheen of ALIPAC. "We are asking our supporters to make sure their local police are aware of the riots, assaults on police, assaults on Americans, and murderous slogans advocating armed rebellion documented in this video, as well as others coming out of Arizona."

I'm going back a few months here, even a bit further to talk about what is happening with Immigration Reform and the National ID plan the Government has in store for us all. Remember Real ID? We fought and won several times. Now with the Obama Administration we get to look at come full force now that so many Protested against Arizona's new law.

The Smoking Argus is the ever-watchful guardian and it was much to our dismay when news came across the wire late that Thursday from the White House Press Room that President Obama gave his stamp of approval to a National Identification card.1 Tucked inside an immigration amnesty proposal, first presented during a meeting at the White House last week with Senators Lindsey Graham (SC) and Charles Schumer (NY), the measure will require all working Americans to obtain a biometric ID via a thumbprint retinal scan or other measure before being granted permission to earn a living.
As previously reported, Americans have successfully fought off several past attempts to saddle ‘We the People’ with the twenty-first century equivalent to East German PKZ papers, roundly rejecting such an affront to our Natural Liberties.

Just how long shall we sit idly watching our liberties disregarded like trash before we feel the urge to act?

This President in one-year has accelerated even further the quickening begun after the attacks of September 11th, 2001. Whereby just two weeks ago and in addition to his approval of a National ID, he told opportunist John Walsh, who chose profiteering as his preferred coping mechanism, that upon arrest, even if later found innocent, he supports immediate DNA collection for submission into a National Database

  • The Democratic proposal includes increased money for border patrol and drug war agents, equipment, helicopters and unmanned drones. It would create a national ID -- which is dubbed a "biometric social security card." Though Democrats insist that it is not an ID card and can only be used for employment purposes.

  • The full summary can be read here.
The bill would make it illegal for anyone other than an employer to ask to see the enhanced social security card: "Possession of a fraud-proof social security card will only serve as evidence of lawful work-authorization but will in no way be permitted to serve--or shall be required to be shown--as proof of citizenship or lawful immigration status. It will be unlawful for any person, corporation; organization local, state, or federal law enforcement officer; local or state government; or any other entity to require or even ask an individual cardholder to produce their social security card for any purpose other than electronic verification of employment eligibility and verification of identity for Social Security Administration purposes.

WASHINGTON D.C. – Senators Charles Schumer, Democrat of New York and Lindsey Graham, Republican of South Carolina are meeting today with President Obama to discuss tactics on how best to orchestrate the appearance of bipartisanship regarding comprehensive immigration reform. However, immigration reform is not the sole reason for the Senators’ visit. Also on the agenda is the culmination of the plutocrat’s fetish like desire to track all Americans with yet another attempt at shackling us with a national identification card.

  • Analysis: States - cost of Real ID is $11B

"The report says the biggest costs, nearly $8.5 billion, or 70 percent, are those associated with re-issuing all 245 million American drivers licenses so that they comply with the new standards." BlueBear Network Teams with VisionSphere to Target U.S. Real ID Act

OTTAWA, Ontario, June 1, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- BlueBear Network International, Inc (Pink Sheets:BLBR) announced today it has extended its exclusive licensing of facial recognition and secure distributed search technology from Ottawa-based VisionSphere Technologies, to offer State motor vehicle agencies the ability to link driver's license databases between all U.S. states, Canada and Mexico -- as proposed by the sweeping REAL ID Act approved by Congress this month.

36 arrested in Arizona immigration sweep

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrestImage via Wikipedia
This really amazes me. What exactly are they Protesting here? The law didn't pass yet they are still protesting. At this rate. They might as well have just let the law pass.
Banging on doors, disrupting traffic and business. Protesting what?

Do these people not realize that the very thing they are protesting and stopped means that the Federal Government can now go through with Immigration reform? This mean Amnesty. Also know as National ID. And RFID tracking system for All Americans. Mexicans and Canadians. These who are protesting are fighting so we all can be tracked with RFID.
Watch the next few posts as I put them up here.

PHOENIX - The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office arrested 36 people in a crime and immigration sweep Thursday and Friday, and six are suspected to be illegal immigrants.
Everyone arrested was stopped for traffic violations. The six suspected illegal immigrants were arrested on charges of failure to provide identification and will be turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to be deported.
It was the 17th such sweep conducted by the office. The sweeps have netted about 1,000 arrests, and the sheriff's office says about 60 percent of those were illegal immigrants.
The arrests during this week's sweep are fewer than what the office typically nets. For instance, 111 people were arrested during the last sweep.
The sheriff's office also arrested 23 protesters Thursday after they beat on a metal door of the county jail. Officers in riot gear opened the doors, waded out into the crowd and hauled off those who didn't move.

Judge rules to block provisions of Ariz. law

United States of AmericaImage via Wikipedia
Looks like once again a Federal Judge is pushing The American Public away from not only our rights as Legal Citizens of The United States of America, but also showing us that Big Government immigration doesn't have to be enforced whatsoever.

Going through the videos I find that this judge is somehow scared that they were going to block off Federal Buildings and that with literally thousand so Illegals trying to come in and become legal is somehow a burden on Federal Offices? What? Are they scared to actually do some real work or what?

I'm really starting to wonder with this Administration, If they even care about this Country at all. It seems they just want to sit back be lazy and have everyone else to all the work for them.

To see a Federal Judge like this just cave to the pressures and threats of none Citizens is really a reality check. At this point I'm convinced that our Government has become the weakest it has ever been in History. This is very sad. Also see the site and the video I placed up here.

Judge rules to block provisions of Ariz. law

PHOENIX — A federal judge dealt a serious blow to Arizona's immigration law on Wednesday when she put most of the crackdown on hold just hours before it was to take effect.
The ruling by U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton sets up a lengthy legal battle as Arizona fights to enact the nation's toughest-in-the-nation law. Republican Gov. Jan Brewer said the state will likely appeal the ruling and seek to get the judge's order overturned.
But for now, opponents of the law have prevailed: The provisions that angered opponents will not take effect, including sections that required officers to check a person's immigration status while enforcing other laws.
The judge also delayed parts of the law that required immigrants to carry their papers at all times, and made it illegal for undocumented workers to solicit employment in public places. In addition, the judge blocked officers from making warrantless arrests of suspected illegal immigrants.

Broad Approval For New Arizona Immigration Law

No matter how much Media tries to get some kind of dirt on Arizona, The fact still remains. Arizona citizens have had enough.
clipped from people-press.org

Broad Approval For New Arizona Immigration Law

The public broadly supports a new Arizona law aimed at dealing with illegal immigration and the law’s provisions giving police increased powers to stop and detain people who are suspected of being in the country illegally.
Fully 73% say they approve of requiring people to produce documents verifying their legal status if police ask for them. Two-thirds (67%) approve of allowing police to detain anyone who cannot verify their legal status, while 62% approve of allowing police to question people they think may be in the country illegally.
As has been the case since last fall, the public is highly critical of Barack Obama’s handling of immigration policy. Just 25% approve of the way Obama is handling the issue, while more than twice as many (54%) disapprove. That is little changed from last month (29% approve) and down slightly from last November (31%).

As news reports break out on Arizona's Immigration Law due to take effect this Thursday. It seems the News Channels keep on trying to make it all out to be a bad thing. I'm sure most of us know better though.

What they don't seem to realize in most of these articles is that it's already working and it hasn't even taken effect yet.
See as more people leave. More people are able to find work. More people can find affordable housing, and less ID theft is going on.  These are just some of the things I don't see the News talking about. Yet it's in all these articles.
  • PHOENIX, July 25 (Reuters) - Nicaraguan mother Lorena Aguilar hawks a television set and a few clothes on the baking sidewalk outside her west Phoenix apartment block.
A few paces up the street, her undocumented Mexican neighbor Wendi Villasenor touts a kitchen table, some chairs and a few dishes as her family scrambles to get out of Arizona ahead of a looming crackdown on illegal immigrants.
"Everyone is selling up the little they have and leaving," said Villasenor, 31, who is headed for Pennsylvania. "We have no alternative. They have us cornered."

The state's Republican governor, Jan Brewer, signed the law in April in a bid to curb violence and cut crime stemming from illegal immigration.
Polls show the measure is backed by a solid majority of Americans and by 65 percent of Arizona voters in this election year for some state governors, all of the U.S. House of Representatives and about a third of the 100-seat Senate.

    Friends,
It is obvious that these people will self deport when there are no jobs and the law is enforced. This article is a good example but we must realize that some will seek refuge in sanctuary cities and states. The law must be applied to all states and since it is a copy of the federal law then this administration must enforce the law.

Ok, class... How many ways can you say 'illegal'?

Arizona's new law which aims to crack down on illegal aliens is set to take effect in just a few days. Ahead of the July 29 implementation date, lawsuits are flying, and the media are trying everything they can to draw attention to this "controversial" law. The problem is that it's not controversial. It's straightforward, inline with federal law, and is supported by vast majority of Arizona residents. That, of course, doesn't stop liberals from trying to make controversy where controversy doesn't exist.
It's amazing what so-called journalists will do to either stir things up in their favor or tone things down in order to draw sympathy for their cause. Take this Reuters story as an example: Migrants sell up, flee Arizona ahead of crackdown. In it, we can see that it becomes a challenge for the writer to see how many different ways he can describe a person in this country illegally without actually using the word "illegal."
  • read more on www.gopusa.com
The author does start off by using the phrase "illegal immigrant" at first, but even that term is misleading. If people have no intention of learning the American culture and adopting the American way of life, are they really "immigrants"?

Arizona immigration law opens farm jobs to unemployed

  • read more on www.azcentral.com
For years, both sides of the immigration issue have debated whether immigrants take jobs that Americans won't.
Now, high unemployment and a tough new Arizona immigration law will test that idea in a $9 billion industry: Arizona agriculture.
Arizona needs about 50,000 temporary workers to harvest winter produce, and only 25,000 of those workers typically come from the U.S. side of the border, according to an Arizona farm lobby group.
At least some workers from past years say they won't be returning to Arizona this season.
