Obama Amnesty Begins: Halts Deportations for 300,000 Illegal Aliens; Offers ‘Work Permits. And a Blue Card.

The front of a Spanish national identity cardImage via WikipediaThe Dream Act Includes this Blue Card. What is it?
http://www.laldef.org/laldef_english_version/assets/pdfs/Dream_Act_%20AGJobs.pdf

The AgJobs bill would help persons who have worked and plan to continue to work in agriculture in this country. The basic requirement is that the applicant must have worked at least 863 hours or 150 work days in agriculture during the two years proceeding December 31, 2008. (This date may change when the law is finally passed.) Persons who successfully qualify would be given a “blue card,’ the equivalent of conditional residence under the Dream Act. Persons would have permission to work in the U.S. with a ‘Blue Card” and can leave the country for short periods of time and return legally.

First read the article. I will post more on the Blue card which NOBODY seems to want to talk about.

Stand With Arizona
The Obama Administration today announced a virtual amnesty-by-decree for hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens, whose deportations will be “indefinitely delayed”. In addition, Obama finally announced a jobs program – but for ILLEGAL ALIENS, not citizens – as those 300,000 illegals will also become eligible for “work permits“.
This action represents an administrative end-run around Congress, which twice rejected the ‘DREAM Act’ in 2010. As disgraceful as is this usurpation of Congressional authority, this announcement is even worse than is being reported.
Our analysis reveals that – despite media focus of this action limited to so-called “Dreamer” illegal students, this new policy, coupled with the criteria established by the June 2011 “Morton Memos” which set up a joint “DHS and DOJ working group” could expand this “indefinite delay” of deportation to potentially MILLIONS of illegals – creating a new, massive amnesty entirely by fiat, bypassing Congress.
From the AP:
The Obama administration said Thursday it will indefinitely delay deporting many illegal immigrants who don’t have criminal records and will offer them a chance to apply for a work permit. The government will focus on sending back convicted criminals and those who might be a national security or public safety threat.
The policy change will mean a case-by-case review of approximately 300,000 illegal immigrants facing possible deportation in federal immigration courts, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said.
This  is clearly what Sen. Dick Durbin was hinting at with his recent statement that there would be “good news” coming soon regarding deportations of “undocumented students”.
This announcement puts into writing what the Administration had already begun to put into practice, after the infamous “ICE Memos” issued by ICE head John Morton in June, in which Morton spells out which illegals would now receive “particular care and consideration” — e.g., amnesty – essentially “Dreamers”, but potentially millions more.
Under the new process, a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Department of Justice (DOJ) “working group” will develop specific criteria to identify “low-priority removal cases” that should be considered for prosecutorial discretion.  These criteria will be based on “positive factors” from the Morton Memo (PDF), which include

In Phase 1, eligible applicants, including individuals on Temporary Protected Status and other statuses designated by the Secretary, will be registered, fingerprinted, screened, and considered for an interim “Lawful Prospective Immigrant” (LPI) status that allows them to work and to travel outside of the United States. In Phase 2, which will take place in eight years after current visa backlogs have cleared (often referred to as the “back of the line” provision), LPIs who have fulfilled all additional statutory requirements will be permitted to petition for adjustment to Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) status... ...Speedy checks of biographic and biometric information against law enforcement databases will help ensure that only those applicants who qualify are granted authorization to remain. Providing eligible applicants with a secure, tamper-resistant credential will enhance border security and interior enforcement by allowing law enforcement to more readily identify and remove convicted criminals; national security and public safety risks; individuals who do not comply with the requirement to register; and other ineligible applicants... ...Specifically, to be eligible for initial registration for the legalization program and interim status as an LPI, each individual must: (1) complete an application supplying basic biographic and biometric information; (2) pass terrorism, criminal history, and other security checks; (3) pay all applicable fees, civil penalties, and taxes; and (4) have been continuously present in the United States since the date of enactment...

76 countries just agreed to THE 666 EMBEDDED NATIONAL ID CARD that forces YOU to be Implanted with the 666 CHIP.

The front of a Spanish national identity cardImage via WikipediaDon't just take this as another Facebook post. I did some searching and found how real this actually is. I posted more here as you go down and there are more links to look at as well. I will be posting more on this very soon.

The national ID is a card that comes from the "real ID ACT" that will be passed on may 11th 2011. ONCE

this "act" is passed the federal deadline will approach every U.S. state to see if they are going to go

along with it or starve to death. Because without it , you cannot get a job, drive a car,get a bank

account, fly on a plane, buy anyyyyyy food from any grocery store, you cannot ride on a plane ,you

cannot vote,in other words you will not exist without this "FEDERAL ID" . So whatever states refuse to

go along with this new "satanic approach" WILL BE COMPLETELY ignored and be subject to be labled as

suspicious.  So that means what?? Eventually they all will cave in. keep in mind you cannot just get the

card without being implanted with the chip in your right hand, having your eye scanned, and your

fingerprint taken. So give or take this should hit the public around the 15 of may to the 30th. Also I

want to add that this new process of people being implanted with a microchip will come in mannnnny

different forms, and the majority of formats might even have different names but will "STILL REQUIRE"

you to "BE CHIPPED".  Names like the Veri-chip, or RFID, or biometric ID , X-mark, Micro ID, etc, etc.

The different names and forms they come in do not matter because THEY ALL NEED YOU TO BE

MICROCHIPPED no matter what!!! And why does this sound familiar??  Revelation 13:16and 17-- And he

causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to recieve a mark in their "RIGHT

HAND",or in their foreheads. And that no man might buy or sell save he that had the mark,or the name

of the beast,or the number of his name. I am telling you about this because a remarkable

56 COUNTRIES  JUST SIGNED UP FOR THE NATIONAL ID CARD. Which countries am I referring to?

Albania,  Argentina, Belarus(eastern Europe) ,Belgium, Bolivia, Bosnia, Herzegovina,
Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, Czech Republic, Egypt, Germany, China,
Taiwan, Sri Lanka, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia

Morocco, Montenegro, Mozambique, Netherlands, Panama, Pakistan, Peru, Poland,
Portugal, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia,
South Africa, South Korea, Spain,Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, Vietnam, and get this ,
France had a NATIONAL ID CARD since 1940!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There are also, 20 countries that are signing up for it......

Austria, Canada, Finland, France, Iceland, Italy, Mexico, Sweden, Switzerland, Trinidad and Tobago,
Australia, Denmark, India, Ireland, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, and the United Kingdom.

National Chip ID Card For American Citizens: ID Act Effective On May 11, 2011 « BUNKERVILLE

U.S. Department of Homeland Security Official ...Image via WikipediaI can't count how many posts I have posted on this one. Here it comes and looks like it's a full force this time. Are you ready?
http://bunkerville.wordpress.com/2011/03/01/national-chip-id-card-for-american-citizens-id-act-effective-on-may-11-2011
The real ID Act is going to go into effect on May 11, 2011.
As of May 11, all driver’s licenses across the United States will be required to conform to federal national security standards.  In essence, our licenses are now going to be federalized. UPDATE: Russia just decided too that this is a swell idea! Rian.RU
A Fox News article from a couple weeks ago confirmed that these “national ID cards” will be required to board airplanes and enter federal buildings…. Put this together with  our earlier story: the DNA from eveyone at points of entry and it is complete: TSA to Start Collecting our DNA at Points of Entry
States must be in compliance by May with the regulations laid out in the 2005 REAL ID Act. The law, a recommendation of the Sept. 11 commission that investigated the 2001 terror attacks, creates a national security standard for state-issued identification cards to be used for purposes like boarding airplanes and entering federal buildings.
Of course the Department of Homeland Security insists that the Real ID Act is just here to “help” us and to make life “better” and “more secure”.  According to their website, some of the goals of the Real ID Act are “to help prevent terrorism, reduce fraud, and improve the reliability and accuracy of personal identification documents.”
From the government on the type of chip to be used: www.gpo.gov
Now, there is no debate as to whether or not the card will contain a chip that is capable of tracking people, the only debate has been around which tracking technology better suits their needs. Here are a few quotes again from the official government document:
“ DHS also invites comments on how States would or could incorporate a separate WHTI- compliant technology, such as an RFID-enabled vicinity chip technology, in addition to the REAL ID PDF417 barcode requirement.”

Immigration Reforms National ID, Real ID, RFID, Easily Hackable

Immigration Reforms National ID, Real ID, RFID, Easily Hackable

  • REAL ID
    Background
The Real ID Act of 2005 establishes national standards for state-issued driver's licenses (DL) and non-driver's identification cards (ID). After 11 May 2008 federal agencies are scheduled to only accept DL/IDs that meet Real ID standards. This does not mean that states are required to issue Real ID compliant DL/ID cards; however, non-compliant cards will not be accepted for federal purposes such as boarding a domestic flight.
Real ID compliant credentials will incorporate a digital face image and incorporate some type of common machine-readable technology, such as RFID technology. In addition, the incorporation of iris recognition and/or fingerprint technology has been mentioned. Each state will also be required to share data from their DL/ID card database with other states.

  • RFID Easily Hacked.

  • Now Real ID's name has been changed Several times now. From Positive ID, To National ID, Even VeriChip and Digital Angel believe it or not. All of these are the same RFID Technology.

Now I want to show you how easily they all can be hacked into.

The RFID hacks keep coming fast and furious -- hot the heels of that Mifare / Oyster Card exploit, the crew at BoingBoing TV has posted up a little demo of how easy cracking the RFID encryption on an American Express card can be. All it takes is an $8 dollar reader easily available on eBay, some software, and the courage to walk around with a laptop waving plastic boxes at people's butt pockets, but developer Pablos Holman says he's hoping to develop a newer version that will allow him to be a little more discreet. The root of the problem is apparently the fact that the system uses local decryption rather than sending card info to a secure data center, but either way we've been worried about this for a long time -- we're sticking to loose change and the barter system from now on. The Smoking Argus is the ever-watchful guardian and it was much to our dismay when news came across the wire late that Thursday from the White House Press Room that President Obama gave his stamp of approval to a National Identification card.1 Tucked inside an immigration amnesty proposal, first presented during a meeting at the White House last week with Senators Lindsey Graham (SC) and Charles Schumer (NY), the measure will require all working Americans to obtain a biometric ID via a thumbprint retinal scan or other measure before being granted permission to earn a living.
As previously reported, Americans have successfully fought off several past attempts to saddle ‘We the People’ with the twenty-first century equivalent to East German PKZ papers, roundly rejecting such an affront to our Natural Liberties.

This President in one-year has accelerated even further the quickening begun after the attacks of September 11th, 2001. Whereby just two weeks ago and in addition to his approval of a National ID, he told opportunist John Walsh, who chose profiteering as his preferred coping mechanism, that upon arrest, even if later found innocent, he supports immediate DNA collection for submission into a National Database

  • The Democratic proposal includes increased money for border patrol and drug war agents, equipment, helicopters and unmanned drones. It would create a national ID -- which is dubbed a "biometric social security card." Though Democrats insist that it is not an ID card and can only be used for employment purposes.

  • The full summary can be read here.
The bill would make it illegal for anyone other than an employer to ask to see the enhanced social security card: "Possession of a fraud-proof social security card will only serve as evidence of lawful work-authorization but will in no way be permitted to serve--or shall be required to be shown--as proof of citizenship or lawful immigration status. It will be unlawful for any person, corporation; organization local, state, or federal law enforcement officer; local or state government; or any other entity to require or even ask an individual cardholder to produce their social security card for any purpose other than electronic verification of employment eligibility and verification of identity for Social Security Administration purposes.

WASHINGTON D.C. – Senators Charles Schumer, Democrat of New York and Lindsey Graham, Republican of South Carolina are meeting today with President Obama to discuss tactics on how best to orchestrate the appearance of bipartisanship regarding comprehensive immigration reform. However, immigration reform is not the sole reason for the Senators’ visit. Also on the agenda is the culmination of the plutocrat’s fetish like desire to track all Americans with yet another attempt at shackling us with a national identification card.

  • Analysis: States - cost of Real ID is $11B

"The report says the biggest costs, nearly $8.5 billion, or 70 percent, are those associated with re-issuing all 245 million American drivers licenses so that they comply with the new standards." BlueBear Network Teams with VisionSphere to Target U.S. Real ID Act

OTTAWA, Ontario, June 1, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- BlueBear Network International, Inc (Pink Sheets:BLBR) announced today it has extended its exclusive licensing of facial recognition and secure distributed search technology from Ottawa-based VisionSphere Technologies, to offer State motor vehicle agencies the ability to link driver's license databases between all U.S. states, Canada and Mexico -- as proposed by the sweeping REAL ID Act approved by Congress this month.

Should Immigration Reform Include a National ID?

Watch the Event in QuickTime (M4V)
Download a Podcast of the Event (MP3) The emerging Senate comprehensive immigration reform is said to include a temporary worker program, a "tough but fair" path to legalization, and enhanced border security. These elements, if well designed, would effectively solve the immigration challenge: enhancing homeland security, reducing the number of unlawful residents, and providing for our economic needs. But should reform also require American workers to have a biometric national ID? What are the implementation issues, how expensive would it be, and would huge government databases of personal information put law-abiding citizens' privacy, identity security, and freedom at risk? Would mission creep ultimately give the federal government unprecedented power over Americans' lives? Please join Cato's Jim Harper and the ACLU's Chris Calabrese for a discussion of the costs and consequences of including a biometric national ID proposal in immigration reform legislation.
We are at capacity for this event and are unable to accept additional reservations. An archived video will be available on this webpage following the event. Thank you for your interest in our public programs.

  • Is a biometric, national ID card an immigration game changer?

  • The Democrats' immigration-reform proposal (pdf) is 26 pages long. Pages 8 through 18 are devoted to "ending illegal employment through biometric employment verification." I don't think the Democrats are going to like me calling this a biometric national ID card, as they go to great lengths to say that it is not a national ID card, and make it "unlawful for any person, corporation; organization local, state, or federal law enforcement officer; local or state government; or any other entity to require or even ask an individual cardholder to produce their social security card for any purpose other than electronic verification of employment eligibility and verification of identity for Social Security Administration purposes."
But it's still a biometric national ID card. It's handed out by the Social Security Administration and employers are required to check it when hiring new employees. Essentially, if you want to participate in the American economy, you need this card. "Within five (5) years of the date of enactment, the fraud-proof social security card will serve as the sole acceptable document to be produced by an employee to an employer for employment verification purposes," the bill says. "This requirement will exist even if the employer does not yet possess the capability to electronically verify the employee by scanning the card through a card reader."

  • Posted by Jim Harper
So reports the Wall Street Journal:
Lawmakers working to craft a new comprehensive immigration bill have settled on a way to prevent employers from hiring illegal immigrants: a national biometric identification card all American workers would eventually be required to obtain.
It’s the natural evolution of the policy called “internal enforcement” of immigration law, as I wrote in my paper, “Franz Kafka’s Solution to Illegal Immigration.”
Once in place, watch for this national ID to regulate access to financial services, housing, medical care and prescriptions—and, of course, serve as an internal passport.

New immigration reform bill will have national identity card

  • read more on www.irishcentral.com

  • read more on www.irishcentral.com

A national identity card for employers to check is at the heart of the new immigration reform legislation being proposed by Senator Chuck Schumer, a Democrat from New York and Senator Lindsay Graham, a Republican from South Carolina.

All legal U.S. workers would be issued with the ID card which would have a biometric identification impossible to duplicate.

Schumer and Graham were due to meet President Obama this week to discuss their immigration reform plan which would also allow those here illegally to stay and gain a path to citizenship. However, Graham's plane flight from South Carolina was canceled and the meeting was postponed.

Schumer says the national identity card is the key to getting a bill passed "It's the nub of solving the immigration dilemma politically speaking," Schumer said in an interview in the Wall Street Journal . The card, he said, would make it impossible for any new illegals to find work. "If you say they can't get a job when they come here, you'll stop it." he stated.would become de facto national ID cards that enable the government to track citizens.

  • Dems spark alarm with call for national ID card

  • A plan by Senate Democratic leaders to reform the nation’s immigration laws ran into strong opposition from civil liberties defenders before lawmakers even unveiled it Thursday.

Democratic leaders have proposed requiring every worker in the nation to carry a national identification card with biometric information, such as a fingerprint, within the next six years, according to a draft of the measure.
    +

  • The national ID program would be titled the Believe System, an acronym for Biometric Enrollment, Locally stored Information and Electronic Verification of Employment.

It would require all workers across the nation to carry a card with a digital encryption key that would have to match work authorization databases.

“The cardholder’s identity will be verified by matching the biometric identifier stored within the microprocessing chip on the card to the identifier provided by the cardholder that shall be read by the scanner used by the employer,” states the Democratic legislative proposal.

The American Civil Liberties Union, a civil liberties defender often aligned with the Democratic Party, wasted no time in blasting the plan.

  • While we expect our government to do something about illegal immigrants, we seem to view any government measures to track citizens — meaning you and me — to be a Big Brother intrusion, a quaint notion at a time when you can hardly cross a street or make an ATM withdrawal without being videotaped and dropped into a database.

  • Immigration and IDs: A Modest Proposal

All Americans—whether brown, white, or black—should be required to carry a passport showing they are red, white, and blue.

  • In police states, this is a pretty ugly process—most often an attempt at intimidation, or extortion, or both. In democracies, it can be pretty ugly, too, and sometimes for the same reasons. But you get used to it, and if we’re serious about drawing lines against illegal immigration—which is all about defining who is a card-carrying American and who is not—a national ID is the obvious first step. Without it, we’re left guessing who “looks like” or “sounds like” a bona fide gringo.
    +

  • United States—are expensive. Mine tend to wear out fast in my back pocket, and the last one I got cost a hundred bucks. So let’s be reasonable. At a minimum all Americans should be required to have one of the wallet-sized passport cards issued by the feds.  They cost $20 if you’ve had a regular passport before, $45 if you haven’t. Foreign citizens with United States Permanent Resident Cards, which have recently been redesigned and made more secure would only need to show those. Anything less—the “biometric Social Security card” advocated by some Democrats on Capitol Hill, say, or the Real ID program to modify state drivers’ licenses as national IDs or the E-Verify program for businesses to check employees’ true nationalities—is really just a workaround that doesn’t work. These schemes also create whole new layers of bureaucracy and vast new burdens for law enforcement.
