The time when the Constitution was made. What our forefathers actually fought against with Britain, and the rest of the World in order to keep a free Nation intact.
I here about Global Banks, Global Governments, Global currency, and Global Power every day now, and it continues on and on. Have Americans really forgotten what makes this great nation what it is? Are people so bent on Globalizing everything that they really want to encourage a Global destruction?
When the United States Constitution was signed. The people who signed it were there. They saw the Tyranny and the Socialized communists and dictatorships. They were there. They saw how the Governments and Kings raise taxes and destroyed nations.

Just like the Bible the Constitution is NOT UP FOR your personal interpretation. It says what it says and that is it.
When the Tea Parties formed back then. Do you remember why they did what they did?
Lets try to help refresh just a little bit of our memories of history in this article. We need to remember to Never let any other Country Rule over America.

Virginia Atty. Gen. Ken Cuccinelli, who has filed a federal lawsuit seeking to overturn the health-care law signed by President Barack Obama last March, says Obama and the Congress that enacted that law--which mandates that individuals must buy government-approved health insurance plans--are seeking a power over the lives of Americans that even King George III did not claim to possess.
“We now have a Congress and a president who believe they can order you to buy a product when King George III and the Parliament of Great Britain, whom we rebelled against, acknowledged that they could not,” Cuccinelli said in a video interview with CNSNews.com.
In October, U.S. District Judge Henry E. Hudson heard arguments on the merits of Virginia's case against Obamacare.

Looks like once again a Federal Judge is pushing The American Public away from not only our rights as Legal Citizens of The United States of America, but also showing us that Big Government immigration doesn't have to be enforced whatsoever.

Going through the videos I find that this judge is somehow scared that they were going to block off Federal Buildings and that with literally thousand so Illegals trying to come in and become legal is somehow a burden on Federal Offices? What? Are they scared to actually do some real work or what?

I'm really starting to wonder with this Administration, If they even care about this Country at all. It seems they just want to sit back be lazy and have everyone else to all the work for them.

To see a Federal Judge like this just cave to the pressures and threats of none Citizens is really a reality check. At this point I'm convinced that our Government has become the weakest it has ever been in History. This is very sad. Also see the site and the video I placed up here.

The ruling by U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton sets up a lengthy legal battle as Arizona fights to enact the nation's toughest-in-the-nation law. Republican Gov. Jan Brewer said the state will likely appeal the ruling and seek to get the judge's order overturned. But for now, opponents of the law have prevailed: The provisions that angered opponents will not take effect, including sections that required officers to check a person's immigration status while enforcing other laws. The judge also delayed parts of the law that required immigrants to carry their papers at all times, and made it illegal for undocumented workers to solicit employment in public places. Obama ban on deepwater drilling blocked

clipped from www.msnbc.msn.com NEW ORLEANS - A federal judge Tuesday ruled against the Obama administration's six-month moratorium on deepwater drilling in the wake of the BP oil spill. The White House, which had hoped the ban would provide time to ensure other wells are operating safely, immediately said it would appeal. The ruling comes in a lawsuit filed by drilling companies to reverse the ban imposed by the  Department of Interior, which halted the approval of any new permits for deepwater drilling and suspended drilling at 33 exploratory wells in the Gulf. A federal judge in Louisiana granted the drillers' request for a preliminary restraining order that would prevent the ban from taking effect until a trial is held. He did not set a trial date. District Judge Martin Feldman said the Interior Department failed to provide adequate reasoning and that the moratorium seems to assume that because one rig failed, all companies and rigs doing deepwater drilling pose an imminent danger.
