If genocide were truly her motive, wouldn’t Hillary and Obama have moved to save the Christians and religious minorities from genocide in Syria and Iraq back in 2012? We issued a call to the Obama administration warning of the impending genocide of Christians, it elicited nary a yawn from the yellow pantsuit.
The crushing, historical failure in Libya, the rise of ISIS in Africa, the spread of Islamic wars across Africa and the Middle East are a direct result of the Hillary and Obama’s foreign policy jihad.
Listen to the tapes: Intel undercuts Hillary Clinton’s primary argument for Libya military action. The intelligence community gathered no specific evidence of an impending genocide in Libya in spring 2011, undercutting then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s primary argument for using the U.S. military to remove Moammar Gadhafi from power, which cast his country into chaos.

Libyan strongman Moammar Khadafy remains elusive as a businessman offered up a large bounty.
Where in the world is Moammar Khadafy?
Deposed despot Moammar Khadafy is wanted dead or alive - with a $2 million bounty on his head.
Even worse for the longtime Libyan leader, his captor - or killer - can collect the cash and a get-out-of-jail-free card from the rebels who forced Khadafy to flee his Tripoli compound.
"The National Transitional Council announces that any of his inner circle who kill Khadafy or capture him, society will give amnesty or pardon for any crime," said spokesman Mustafa Abdel Jalil. JOURNALISTS FREED FROM LIBYAN HOTEL HORROR
The $2 million payoff was posted Wednesday by a group of Tripoli businessmen.
With even his foreign minister acknowledging Khadafy's 42-year regime was finished, the focus turned to finding the fugitive ex-Libyan leader.
Khadafy's whereabouts remained unknown a day after rebel forces seized control of the capital and his headquarters
Image by Getty Images via @daylifeAs I look at how this part of our new history is going down. I can't help but to wonder. The New World Government is able to take all the Kings money and make it to where he has none. This leaves me to wonder even more. What about the general public. Is what we make even ours anymore? If we decide we don't like or want to do what the New World Government wants us to do. Are they in the future going to shut off all of our funds and take it all as well.
That is a mob type of mentality isn't it? What gets me is so many are calling the people of the Tea Party Mobs? The ones that believes what we make is ours. I must say we are truly living in a very backwards world right now.

TRIPOLI, Libya — Moammar Gadhafi's son al-Saadi liked fast cars, yachts and soccer, and his beachfront villa was stocked with his expensive toys. His sister Aisha lived in a two-story mansion with an indoor pool and sauna.
As rebels took control of the Libyan capital over the weekend, the luxurious homes — symbols of the Gadhafi family's excesses — were among their first targets. After driving out the guards, rebels trashed and looted the villas and neighbors wandered through the wreckage Wednesday expressing their anger at the Gadhafi family's wealth and ostentatious tastes.
"I can't even believe what I am seeing," said Muftah Shubri, a resident of Tripoli's western Nofleen neighborhood, as he walked across Aisha's lawn to the large covered pool where a ball and a small rubber boat still floated in the water.
Gadhafi's 42-year rule over Libya had increasingly become a family business, with the dictator divvying up key spheres of interest, from oil to security, among his six sons.
In recent years, the Gadhafi offspring had been involved in a series of scandals: Hannibal got arrested in 2008 in Switzerland for mistreating his servants in a Geneva luxury hotel and Muatassim reportedly paid $1 million for a private New Year's concert by Beyonce.
OSLO (Reuters) - A bomb killed seven people in Norway's capital Oslo on Friday and a gunman opened fire at a youth camp on an island, police said.
Police said they believed the bombing and the shooting were connected, but could not immediately confirm Norwegian media reports that several people at been killed at the youth camp.
A Reuters witness said several army soldiers had taken up position around the center of the city.
With police advising people to evacuate central Oslo, apparently in fear of more attacks, Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg told Norwegian TV2 television in a phone call that the situation was "very serious." He said that police had told him not to say where he was speaking from.
The bomb ripped through the main government building in the normally sleepy Norwegian capital in mid-afternoon, killing seven people, police said, and injuring many more.
"It exploded -- it must have been a bomb. People ran in panic...I counted at least 10 injured people," said bystander Kjersti Vedun, who was leaving the area of the blast in Oslo.
Shortly afterwards, a gunman opened fire at the island of Utoeya north-west of Oslo, where Stoltenberg's Labour party youth section's annual gathering was taking place.
Daily newspaper VG said on its website a man dressed as a policeman had been shooting wildly and had hit many people.
Norwegian commercial broadcaster TV2 said several people had been killed in the shooting spree.
There was no clear claim of responsibility and while the attacks appeared to bear the hallmarks of an Islamist militant assault, analysts said it was too early to draw any conclusions.
NATO member Norway has been the target of threats before over its involvement in conflicts in Afghanistan and Libya.

In a letter to President Barack Obama that his aides made public, Boehner, R-Ohio, complained that the administration has failed to address questions about the mission that were in a House resolution passed June 3. That resolution set a two-week deadline for a response.
Boehner's letter reiterated the Friday deadline and took the additional step of warning that a failure to respond could violate the War Powers Resolution.
According to Boehner, a 90-day deadline for congressional authorization of the Libya mission expires Sunday.
"It would appear that, in five days, the administration will be in violation of the War Powers Resolution unless it asks for and receives authorization from Congress or withdraws all U.S. troops and resources from the mission," Boehner's letter said.
The White House has previously said it was complying with the War Powers Resolution through frequent briefings on the Libya mission.
Boehner's letter contested that assertion.
"Since the mission began, the administration has provided tactical operational briefings to the House of Representatives, but the White House has systematically avoided requesting a formal authorization for its action," Boehner's letter said.

You know, The Law of the Land of America! http://www.cnn.com/2011/WORLD/africa/05/25/libya.war/index.html?eref=mrss_igoogle_cnn Tripoli, Libya (CNN) -- As U.S. President Barack Obama warned Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi Wednesday that there would be "no letup" in NATO airstrikes, Russia lashed out against the air campaign, calling the bombing of certain Tripoli targets a "flagrant deviation" from the United Nations mandate.
The U.N. chief said Wednesday he had spoken with the Libyan prime minister and stressed the urgent need for a ceasefire.
Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said the special U.N. envoy for Libya, who has been in Benghazi meeting with the Libyan opposition, would be returning to Tripoli soon to try to secure an agreement.
The war has dragged on for many weeks, with reports of horrific fighting and civilian casualties.
The Russian Foreign Ministry alleged Wednesday that several "non-military facilities in Tripoli that had already been bombed, were again attacked in a massive NATO airstrike, leading to civilian casualties." It said in a written statement that "this is yet another flagrant deviation" from the U.N. Security Council resolution 1973.
That resolution authorized all means necessary, short of occupying forces, to enforce a no-fly zone and protect Libyan civilians from attacks by forces loyal to Gadhafi.
A barrage of at least 18 rockets struck Tripoli Tuesday, killing 19 people and wounding another 150 in the heaviest onslaught since NATO's aerial strikes began, a government official told CNN.
Rebel fighters aim their machine guns towards Moammar Gadhafi forces west of Misrata, Libya on Monday. France and Britain and other members of the NATO coalition will use attack helicopters in Libya, French officials said on Monday.
BRUSSELS / BENGHAZI, Libya — France and Britain and other members of the NATO coalition will use attack helicopters in Libya, French officials said on Monday, a step meant to hit Moammar Gadhafi's forces more accurately from the air.
Continued shelling of the rebel-held western outpost of Misrata illustrated the scale of the problem facing rebel forces and NATO. Rebels said Gadhafi forces were trying to advance into the long-besieged city under cover of rocket and mortar shells.
Hospital officials said two people were killed and several wounded in Monday's fighting in Misrata. Later in the day heavy explosions outside the city were heard, lasting about an hour.
Meanwhile, the highest-ranking U.S. diplomat in theMiddleEast was in the de facto rebel capital in eastern Libya on Monday — a show of growing support for the loosely formed movement that seeks to oust Gadhafi.
A rebel spokesman said forces loyal to Gadhafi also shelled the rebel-held town of Zintan and massed troops close to another town in the mountainous region bordering Tunisia, intensifying operations on the war's western front.
Confirming the proposed use of helicopter gunships, French Foreign Minister Alain Juppe told reporters in Brussels the move was in line with a United Nations resolution to protect Libyan civilians and NATO's military operations. 'More accurate hits' "What we want is to better tailor our ability to strike on the ground with ways that allow more accurate hits," he said. "That is the goal in deploying helicopters."
Britain also will start deploying attack helicopters, French Defense Minister Gerard Longuet said on Monday.
SANAA (Yemen): A gunbattle broke out between police and tribesmen loyal to an opposition chieftain in the Yemeni capital on Monday, witnesses said, following President Ali Abdullah Saleh's refusal to stand down.
Saleh has refused to ink an accord brokered by the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) that would have seen him cede power within 30 days in exchange for immunity from prosecution for himself and his aides. Several people were wounded as tribesmen and police traded fire with machine guns and grenades near the home of tribal chief Sadiq al-Ahmar, a security official and witnesses said, without giving a breakdown.
Sources close to Ahmar said the fighting erupted after security forces tried to deploy around the tribal leader's residence and that loyalist gunmen had retaliated. But the security official said police intervened after Ahmar's gunmen assaulted a school. And the interior ministry said the tribal gunmen fired on the official Saba news agency and other buildings, while the journalists' union said a number of its members were trapped inside by the clashes. The reports could not be independently verified as the area was cordoned off.
Ahmar, who heads the Hashid tribal federation, the largest in deeply tribal Yemen and a former crucial source of Saleh's power, in March pledged his support for the opposition. Yemen's opposition vowed earlier on Monday to step up street protests, while insisting on efforts to avoid violence. "Our only option is to intensify the peaceful revolt and continue to choke the regime, then finish it," said Mohammed al-Qahtan, a spokesman for the Common Forum coalition of parliamentary opposition parties."The regime is trying to push the situation toward violence, but it will not push the country into war," he said.
Saleh on Sunday explicitly warned of civil war as he refused to sign the transition plan brokered by impoverished Yemen's oil-rich Arab neighbours in the Gulf. "If they remain stubborn, we will confront them everywhere with all possible means," Saleh said. "If they don't bow, and want to take the country into a civil war, let them be responsible for it and for the blood that was shed and that will be shed if they insist on their stupidity."

President Obama said the US would stay in Libya for days. Two months later, however, the War Powers Act says America needs to go to war or get out of North Africa. Can Obama circumvent the Constitution or is the Commander in Chief breaking the own laws he promises to uphold on the campaign trail? RT's Lauren Lyster investigates.
In Libya War, Obama Shows Disdain for War Powers Act
Under the War Powers Act, the President has 60 days to get authorization from Congress for any military involvement, and if he fails to get that authorization, he must end the involvement within 30 days.
The 60-day authorization period expired on Friday.
On Friday, President Obama belatedly and haughtily sent a letter to Congress seeking authorization. That letter said: "It has always been my view that it is better to take military action, even in limited actions such as this, with congressional engagement, consultation and support. Congressional action in support of the mission would underline the U.S. commitment to this remarkable international effort."
Note the phrase “it is better.” Obama acts as though getting approval from Congress is a mere option, not the law or the Constitution that he is obliged to follow.
If John McCain had been elected president in 2008 and had proceeded this way, Democrats would be up in arms, and progressives would be in the streets by the tens of thousands.
But the peace movement is quiescent, and almost all Democrats are silent (Sen. Harry Reid actually praised Obama’s consultation with Congress), except Dennis Kucinich.
The military intervention started on March 19; Congress was notified on March 21.
Those 60 days expire tomorrow.
Last week, Deputy Secretary of State James Steinberg told the Senate Foreign Relations Committee that President Obama “has been mindful of the provisions of the War Powers Resolution and has acted in a manner consistent with them. He will continue to do so.”
Steinberg said the administration is “mindful of the passage of time including the end of the two-month period, we are in the process of reviewing our role, and the president will be making decisions going forward in terms of what he sees as appropriate for us to do."
What is President Obama -– a former lecturer in constitutional law -- going to do? White House officials refused to say.
And the chorus of criticism -– from the right and left -- is rising.
DARAA, Syria (KABC) -- The State Department is advising American citizens to leave Syria as soon as they can.
It's also ordering personnel at the U.S. embassy in the capital city of Damascus to leave the country.
The precautions are being ordered after a brutal crackdown on anti-government forces.
On Monday, at least 11 people were killed in Daraa, the city at the center of the uprising against President Bashar Assad.
Meantime, hundreds of people have reportedly been detained across Syria. Human rights activists say many of the arrests occurred in Damascus.
A relentless crackdown since mid-March has killed more than 400 people across Syria, with 120 dead over the weekend, rights groups said.
Bashar Assad has launched all-out war on his people. Tanks firing artillery, APCs, infantry units, commandoes and snipers were deployed for the first time at daybreak Monday, April 25 in cities across Syria for the most brutal assault on any Arab anti-government protest in the four-month uprising.
In the first few hours, hundreds are estimated to have been massacred (over and above the 350 shot dead in the last three days) and thousands injured. Denied medical attention, they are left in the streets to die. debkafile's military sources report that protest centers in cities with populations of 2-3 million have been stormed by Syrian troops backed by tanks firing automatic 120-mm guns at random, commandoes dropped by helicopter and snipers.
The military offensive to break the back of the uprising (which debkafile Saturday, April 23 first disclosed Assad had decided to launch) is led by his younger brother Maher Assad at the head of the Republican Guard and the 4th Division which is made up mostly of the Assad's Alawite clan. Its first target Sunday night was the southern town of Deraa where the protest movement began and the Mediterranean coastal town of Jableh.
Monday, Syria shut its land borders to Jordan to conceal the scale of the carnage inflicted on the border town of Deraa from outside eyes. Foreign correspondents have been banned from the country since the uprising began.
Monday, indiscriminate fire was also reported in Duma, a dissident suburb of the capital Damascus. By Monday afternoon, thousands of soldiers had spread out across the North, South and Center of the country, apparently preparing to storm the large cities and protest centers of Hama, Homs, Latakiya and the Kurdish north.
While times may have changed, Bashar is his father's son. In 1982, President Hafez Assad turned his artillery on a district of Hama and slaughtered 25-30,000 civilians to smash a Muslim Brotherhood revolt. The operation was commanded by Rifat Assad, Bashar's uncle, today an opposition leader in exile.
The incumbent president's killing fields extend not to one but to a score of Syrian cities with unimaginable consequences.
And yet no Western power is rushing to help the pro-democracy protesters of Syria who are dying in their hundreds day by day. And the verbal condemnations coming from Washington and European capitals are soon buried under layers of inaction.
Isaiah 17
Proclamation Against Syria and Israel
1 The burden against Damascus.
“ Behold, Damascus will cease from being a city,
And it will be a ruinous heap. 2 The cities of Aroer are forsaken;[a]
They will be for flocks
Which lie down, and no one will make them afraid. 3 The fortress also will cease from Ephraim,
The kingdom from Damascus,
And the remnant of Syria;
They will be as the glory of the children of Israel,”
Says the LORD of hosts. 4 “ In that day it shall come to pass That the glory of Jacob will wane,
And the fatness of his flesh grow lean.
UN fails to agree on Syria condemnation
http://english.aljazeera.net/news/middleeast/2011/04/201142723514236533.html
The UN Security Council has failed to agree on a statement condemning Syria's deadly crackdown on peaceful protesters.
Envoys attending a special open meeting on Syria in New York on Wednesday said Russia, China and Lebanon opposed the wording of a draft statement distributed by European nations.
France called for "strong measures" if Bashar al-Assad, the Syrian president, rejects appeals to end violence which has killed hundreds.
The US said Assad must "change course now and heed the calls of his own people" for change.
"A real threat to regional security could come from outside interference. Such approaches lead to a never ending circle of violence" Alexander Pankin, Russian deputy UN envoy
Russia, after blocking a Security Council statement condemning the violence, however insisted that the Syrian crackdown did not amount to a threat to international peace and security, grounds that would justify international action.
"A real threat to regional security could come from outside interference," Alexander Pankin, the Russian deputy UN ambassador, told the council.
"Such approaches lead to a never ending circle of violence" and could set off civil war.
Bashar Ja'afari, the Syrian ambassador to the UN, welcomed the Security Council's inaction, saying his government was carrying out an investigation into the violence and that there was no need for a UN commission.
Al Jazeera's Kristin Saloomey, reporting from the UN headquarters, said any hope for Security Council action is "dead" for the moment.
"The council was not able to agree on even the most basic form of the statement calling for calm and calling for an investigation."
She said Russia offered the strongest opposition to the move, saying they were concerned about violence in Syria, but on both sides.
"In the end there were isolated statements of concern from various countries, but no unified action by the council."
China and India called for political dialogue and peaceful resolution of the crisis, with no mention of condemnation.
Nawaf Salam, the Lebanese envoy, said his country shared a special relationship with Syria, and that "the hearts and minds" of the Lebanese people are with the Syrians, and are supporting Assad's lifting of the state of emergency and reforms. Global criticism
The Syrian violence has sparked global criticism in recent days.
France, Britain, Germany and Portugal circulated a draft media statement on Monday calling for the 15-member Security Council to condemn the violence
COPENHAGEN — Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin sharply criticized the Western coalition attacking Libya on Tuesday, saying it had neither a right nor a mandate to kill Moammar Gadhafi.
Putin said the coalition had gone beyond the bounds of a U.N. Security Council resolution authorizing intervention to protect civilians and suggested Gadhafi's actions did not justify foreign interference, let alone attempts to remove him.
"They said they didn't want to kill Gadhafi. Now some officials say, yes, we are trying to kill Gadhafi," Putin said on a visit to Denmark. "Who permitted this, was there any trial? Who took on the right to execute this man, no matter who he is?"
Putin spoke as Britain and the United States discussed stepping up military pressure on Gadhafi, who has survived more than a month of NATO air strikes.
"The country's whole infrastructure is being destroyed, and in essence one of the warring sides is attacking under the cover of aircraft," Putin said at a news conference after talks with his Danish counterpart Prime Minister Lars Lokke Rasmussen.
"When the entire so-called civilized community falls upon a small country with all its might, destroys infrastructure created over generations -- I don't know, is that good or not?" Putin said. "I don't like it."
Shortly after Putin spoke, Libyan state news agency Jana said Libya had urged Russia to call an emergency meeting of the U.N. Security Council to discuss "Western aggression."
In Moscow, Russia's Foreign Ministry said nobody was available to comment on the report.
Putin called Gadhafi's Libya "crooked" but said that did not justify intervention.

A prominent libertarian constitutional lawyer and civil libertarian has drafted an article of impeachment against President Obama over his attack on Libya, throwing down a legal gauntlet that could be picked up by some Congressional Republicans
Bruce Fein, a former Reagan administration official in the Department of Justice and chairman of American Freedom Agenda writes in his 15-page argument of Obama’s course that “Barack Hussein Obama has mocked the rule of law, endangered the very existence of the Republic and the liberties of the people, and perpetrated an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor.”
Fein is a small-government conservative who worked on the impeachment of President Bill Clinton and also called for the impeachment of President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney, and his work doesn’t represent the Republican Party line. But it comes as some Republicans on the Hill, led by Senator Rand Paul, object vociferously to Obama’s decision to strike targets in Libya without Congressional authorization.

On Wednesday, Paul, with little notice, attached an amendment to the small-business re-authorization bill. The amendment, which chastises President Obama for his actions in Libya, urges members to adopt the president’s own words as “the sense of the Senate.”
To make his point, Paul quoted, in the legislative language, from Obama’s 2007 remarks on the subject: “The President does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation.” According to Paul’s office, “the measure aims to put the Senate on record affirming Congress as the body with constitutional authority on matters of war.”
GOP sources tell National Review Online that Paul’s proposal flummoxed Reid, who does not want his members to have to weigh in on Obama’s dusty quote about congressional authority, even if the vote is only to table the measure.
