Is The United States Headed For A Commercial Real Estate Crash Of Unprecedented Magnitude?

Will commercial real estate be the next shoe to drop in the ongoing U.S. financial crisis?  While most eyes are on the continuing residential real estate disaster, the reality is that the state of the commercial real estate market in America could soon be even worse.  Very few financial pundits are talking about this looming disaster but they should be.  The truth is that U.S. commercial property values are down approximately 40 percent since the peak in 2007 and currently approximately 18 percent of all office space in the United States is now sitting vacant.  That qualifies as a complete and total mess, but the reality is that the commercial real estate crisis is just starting.

In fact, the commercial real estate market is likely to get a whole lot worse.  It is being projected that the largest commercial real estate loan losses will be experienced in 2011 and the years following.

Does that look like things are getting better to you?

15 Reasons Why The U.S. Economic Crisis Is Really An Economic Consolidation By The Elite Banking Powers

Though there are several Scriptures the apply to this. Many more will be added to look up as I continue on articles like this.

Zechariah 8:7 Thus said the LORD of hosts; Behold, I will save my people from the east country, and from the west country; 8 And I will bring them, and they shall dwell in the middle of Jerusalem: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God, in truth and in righteousness.

9 Thus said the LORD of hosts; Let your hands be strong, you that hear in these days these words by the mouth of the prophets, which were in the day that the foundation of the house of the LORD of hosts was laid, that the temple might be built. 10 For before these days there was no hire for man, nor any hire for beast; neither was there any peace to him that went out or came in because of the affliction: for I set all men every one against his neighbor. 11 But now I will not be to the residue of this people as in the former days, said the LORD of hosts
Is the United States experiencing an "economic crisis" or an "economic consolidation"?  Did the financial problems of the last several years "happen on their own", or are they part of a broader plan to consolidate financial power in the United States?  Before you dismiss that possibility, just remember what happened back during the Great Depression.  During that era, the big financial powers cut off the flow of credit, hoarded cash and reduced the money supply.  Suddenly nobody had any money and the economy tanked.  The big financial powers were then able to swoop back in and buy up valuable assets and real estate for pennies on the dollar.  So are there signs that such a financial consolidation is happening again?

But now the big financial powers are reducing their lending, hoarding cash and shrinking the money supply.

The real estate market will continue to suffer because banks are raising their standards and are lending less money.

Your landlord got foreclosed. Do you have to go?

Very interesting and many are going through this right now. Know your rights. Be sure to read this entire article if you are going through this.

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- Renting a home that is going through foreclosure? If so, don't be fooled: Lenders can't kick you out; they have to honor the terms of your lease.

Of course, that doesn't mean that some lenders' representatives aren't trying to scare people away.

Sandra Pearson has lived in her rented townhouse in Santa Maria, Calif., since July 2007. But last October, the single mom -- whose 17-year-old son suffers from epilepsy and autism -- was served with a vacate notice.

But in December, First Federal failed, and OneWest Bank took over its assets -- including the Santa Maria townhouse. When Pearson went to pay her rent, the agency managing the property for OneWest refused to accept the check. They threatened her with court action and claimed her lease was not legitimate.

Worse, the message threatens legal costs if tenants don't comply. With that facing them, many fold their tents.
