HAARP, What is it? Can it actually cause real damage?

 I found many comments as to how so many people are thinking that HAARP somehow was involved in this very loud sound that caused the Earth to rumble and make it sound like an Earthquake. I then realized I should post some more information about what HAARP is and what it can do. The power generated from this equipment is amazing. I will try to keep this as simple and as short as I possible can.

First off What is HAARP?

The HAARP Ionospheric Research facility will be a major Arctic facility for conducting upper atmospheric research. The facility will consist of two essential parts:

1. A high power transmitter and antenna array operating in the High Frequency (HF) range. The transmitter is capable of delivering up to 3.6 million Watts to an antenna system consisting of 180 crossed dipole antennas arranged as a rectangular, planar array.
2. A complete and extensive set of scientific instruments for observation of both the background auroral ionosphere and of the effects produced during active research using the transmitter system. Output from these instruments is readily available world-wide in near real time over the internet.

During active ionospheric research, the signal generated by the transmitter system is delivered to the antenna array, transmitted in an upward direction, and is partially absorbed, at an altitude between 100 to 350 km (depending on operating frequency), in a small volume a few hundred meters thick and a few tens of kilometers in diameter over the site. The intensity of the HF signal in the ionosphere is less than 3 microwatts per cm², tens of thousands of times less than the Sun's natural electromagnetic radiation reaching the earth and hundreds of times less than even the normal random variations in intensity of the Sun's natural ultraviolet (UV) energy which creates the ionosphere. The small effects that are produced, however, can be observed with the sensitive scientific instruments installed at the HAARP facility and these observations can provide new information about the dynamics of plasmas and new insight into the processes of solar-terrestrial interactions.

The objectives of the HAARP project became the subject of controversy in the mid-1990s, following claims that the antennas could be used as a weapon. A small group of American physicists aired complaints in scientific journals such as Physics and Society, charging that the HAARP could be seeking ways to destroy or disable enemy spacecraft or disrupt communications over large portions of the planet. The physicist critics of the HAARP have had little complaint about the project's current stage, but have expressed fears that it could in the future be expanded into an experimental weapon, especially given that its funding comes from the Office of Naval Research and the Air Force Research Laboratory.

Now you might be thinking there is just no way the Government or anyone else would think about doing stuff like this.

Is it a communications research project or a doomsday weapon that can change the weather, shoot satellites out of orbit - and trigger mind control across the globe? Jesse Ventura and his team head north to a remote region of Alaska to confront the military installation called HAARP.

Now, I'll leave you to decide on all this. But, I would like to add something here that Jesus did warn us all about when it comes to the End of Ages. This doesn't mean the End of the World people.

Imagine if this got into the wrong hands or lets say a Global Leader?
The Bible actually speaks of guy that seems to have this type of power, Enough to fool the World into believing he is some sort of god.

Now with all the current events going on lately. Everyone knows something is wrong. Even if they don't believe the Bible. Is it Global Warming or Global Cooling? Is it CO2 gases? Is the world going to end 2012? Or is the Bible actually True?

Through a World of no hope. I will take the only one that give us hope. Jesus Christ gives us that hope.
