Video - Breaking News Videos from CNN.com - GPS: China flexes military muscle

I Saw this video a couple of days ago. To my surprise there as been no news articles on this that I have found whatsoever. Other than this video from CNN.If Chinese ships are going around Libya for the first time showing how powerful they are. Wouldn't this be all over the news? We all know China has a major Military Force. This is like a wow moment. Though they are just picking up their citizens. I wonder why this doesn't have more attention.
